Maintenance free bearings of SKF or equivalent make duly oil sealed and self-lubricated shall be used in the equipment manufactured. 16Providing, designing and fixing of weight assisted Rowing Machine of minimum size 1500x1450x1650mm fabricated with main pipe of ‘ C’ Class GI Pipe with minimum 75 mm dia and other pipes of 60mm dia and joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint shall be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Handle bars shall be provided with high quality grip rubber. Machine to have weight plate adjustment arrangement made of 202 grade stainless steel and designed to prevent theft of weight plates. Plates have to be fully locked in the machine but movable for adjustment. Change system should allow user to freely change resistance by changing individual weight plate of each arm. Weight on each arm should be adjustable between 0-15kgs. Seats to be made up from virgin LLDPE manufactured by rotational moulding with minimum thickness of plastic as 4.00 mm, colourful and UV resistant and environmental friendly. Bearing used shall be maintenance free, duly oil sealed and self-lubricated made by reputed company to be approved by Engineer in charge. Equipment to be fitted with inbuilt limiters to prevent unwanted movement. All open ends of pipe to be closed by GI/ LLDPE caps or sealed in for user safety. The equipment to be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M-20 and J shape welded bolt made of 18mm galvanized rod and covered with base plate cover after the installation complete. All complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour on metal, seat and base plate and fixing of equipment etc. Equipment made to EN16630 / DIN79000 International standard for outdoor fitness equipment. Self-Explanatory stainless steel label shall be fixed on equipment for ease of use. All complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Excavation work, cement concrete and label shall be paid separately)
17Providing and fixing label of equipment made of stainless steel 0.7 mm thick and fixed to the vertical post of gym equipment with stainless steel 6 nos. rivets and instructions printed by Lazer printing with computer programme i/c text writing and photo of the equipment all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. 220 x110 mm size

25Annual comprehensive maintenance of equipments i/c Red bajri flooring to be carried out by the agency free of cost for first three years, after the date of completion of the work as per schedule-A, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. From 4th year payment schedule shall be as follows :-

27At the end of 5th year from the date of completion of the work
