Tender For Various Mechanical And Electrical Works At Lis Monchow, Shailiwouder And Darbagh- 1 Repairs to the200 mm dia foot valve at LIS Monchow by way of dismantling the whole suction pipes of the pumping unit, after dismantling the parts of the foot valve providing and fitting of newleather washer and MS flap plate of thickness 12 mm. The job also includes the providing and fitting of1 kg M 25 nut bolt along with washers. 2 Replacement, providing and fitting of 65 mm nominal dia cast iron foot valve to the priming system at LIS Darbagh 3 Repairs to the300 mm dia foot valve at LIS Shaliwouder by way of dismantling the whole suction pipes of the pumping unit, after dismantling the parts of the foot valve providing and fitting of newleather washer and MS flap plate of thickness 12 mm. The job also includes the providing and fitting of1 kg M 25 nut bolt along with washers. 4 Dismantling of 5 HP motor from the base frame and also dismantling the coupling joint, Isolating and disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing leads from the 5 HPmotor etc. Shifting of 5 HP motor from site to workshop and back after repairs using skilled labours and pravite vehicle and shift back after executing necessary repair and full load test at site. the job includes the Rewinding of motor by providing and fitting new copper wire of standard gauge and insulation.. The old burunt/damaged coils shall be retained by the firm and deduction of cost on account of this is included in the job. The job shall also include tapping at various points so as to provide connection for external circuit. The job shall also include applying two coats of varnish and drying of varnish at optimum temperature and providing/fitting of crimpling sheet, cotton rolls, PVC sleeves etc as required. Material specifications:-I. Copper wire:- Standard gauge with F class insulationII. Tappings:- fibre glass coated silicon tape., HV tape, cotton tapes.III.Slot wedges:- Fibre glass wedges. IV.Impregnation: Superior insulation varnish.V.Thimbling: Copper thimbling. 5 Servicing to the 630 amp ACB at LIS Shailwouder which includes the dismantling the ACB from the panel and after checking machinging to the contact points of the ACB using specified tools and carbon tetrachloride spry to remove the carbon deposits from the contact points of the ACB. The job also includes the tightning of nut bolts to the Existing bus bars. 6 Servicing and replacement to the 150 HP electronically operated auto transformer starter which includes replacement, providing and fitting of ML-12 contactor. The job also includes the machining/ finishing to the contact points of the auxiliary and autotransformer contactors.
