Name of Work: -Retrofitting of DTW Scheme under JJM at various places under the jurisdictions of Jirania PWD(DWS) Sub- Division, Jirania / S.H- Quality improvement of drinking water supply by way of construction 03(three) nos 10,000 GPH , 02(two) nos 5000 GPH capacity Package Type IRP along with semi permanent pump shed attached to existing DTW scheme including boundary fencing, plinth protection and other allied works.

1Providing, installation and commissioning of package type Iron Removal Plant comprising of Iron Removal Filter of dual media filter with anthracite coal, filter gravel, polypropelene double hexagonal nut strainer etc., mixing chamber for coagulants like sodium alluminates etc., oxidation chamber with manganese dioxide , metering pump for coagulant dosing, air compressor of suitable capacity with motor, back washing arrangements, disinfection with sodium hypochlorite solution through metering pump, all necessary pipes for raw water collection, inter connecting all the chambers, delivery outlet of 150 mm dia alongwith all related civil, mechanical and Electrical works etc. complete as per approved drawing, process flow, technical specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

4Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

6Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cmin depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

38Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required
39i) Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece.
40Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.
41i) Hot finished welded type tubes
42Providing and fixing M.S. round holding down bolts withnuts and wahser plates complete as per standard design.
43Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, rounding of edges and strips and cost of glass strips etc. complete.
44i) 40 mm thickwith 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.
45Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including =cutting to size and shape wherever required.
46i) 0.63 mm thick Zinc Coating not less 275 Gm/m2
4712 mm cement plaster of mix.

54Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] :

56Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]:

58Providing structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required
59Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 75 x25 mm mesh or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of "L" shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants, as required and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
