1Item :- A Planning Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of sealed valve regulated Lead Acid Batteries for 2x300 KVA UPS system, for providing 30 minutes backup for 300 KVA UPS. Each bank of batteries shall comprise of: SMF 2V X 440/450Ah not less than 204 nos each set for UPS to provide 30 minutes backup with all accessories and complete in all respect with supply and fixing of matching racks/battery stand to house batteries along with interconnecting copper links and 95 sq.mm FRLS, single core copper cable for connecting the battery bank to UPS system etc. Cells having a float life of not less than 20 years. The discharge voltage should not be less than 1.85Volts per cell while the float voltage shall be 2.250Volts ±0.005 volts per cell and boost voltage for battery charging shall be 2.300±0.005 volts per cell. The battery shall confirm to IEC/EN 60896-21 & 22 and IEC 61427; IS 15549: 2005; TEC: GR/BAT-01/03 with latest amendment. The Ah efficiency should be greater than 90% and self-discharge should not be more than 2% per month in each set of 2V, 440/450Ah with 24 months on-site guarantee. The battery bank should be factory fitted, durable and load bearable as recommended by OEM and As required and directed by engineering Incharge.
2Item :- B Buyback of existing old battery bank on as is where is basis. (Set containing 204 nos. Cells 2 volt , 440 Ah ) Note: - L1 will be decided on net rates after deducting the buyback value of old battery bank from rates of new battery bank. A-B = C C= Net rates on which L1 will be decided.
