It Is The Responsibility Of Contractor To Make Compensation To Public In The Case Of Damages Caused To Public Property While Execution Of The Work. 17.The Contractor Has To Work In Co-Ordination With The Concerned Kpcl Staff For Line Clearance On Line. He Shall Plan And Co-Operate Accordingly While Executing The Works. 18.The Tools And Tackles Required To Execute And Complete The Work Like Chain Pulley / Rope Etc. Has To Be Supplied By Contractor. 19.Technical Specification: The Equipment And Material Offered By The Contractor Shall Comply Relevant Standards. 20.Contractor Has To Take All The Safety Precautions While Executing The Work And To Provide Necessary Safety Equipments And To Ensure Usage By Their Workers Wherever Necessary. He Has To Deploy The Workmen Only After Confirmation Of Line Clearance On Lt Line.
