| 2 | Job also includes fabrication of an open shed / covering approx. 10’ x 20’ in size for 02 nos installed 250 KVA AVRs by way of providing & fitting of MS pipes 8’ in height (square / round) side supports and providing & fitting of color coded G.I. sheets of appropriate size for making complete covering to both the AVRs to protect them from adverse weather. Job also includes providing & fitting of rain water covering / extension on 03 exposed sides of the plant room approx. 3’ in size (& as per availability on the side walls) across the plant room over the window meshes for prevention of rain water falling into the machinery / oxygen plants with the help of requisite MS angle supports and as per site conditions. The complete Job includes cost of material, labour charges and other tools and tackles required to complete the job, all handling & transportation charges including all other taxes etc. Complete job in all respects as per the site requirements. |
| 3 | Providing, installation, testing & commissioning of a 400 amps changeover panel for making electric supply from 250 KVA DG set (in case of power failure) to the 1000 LPM OMOG (out of 2200 LPM OMOG) being used for the MCH Gandhi Nagar. Job includes fabrication of a panel box fabricated out of 16 gauge MS sheet of appropriate size and duly painted, providing & fitting of 500 amps bus bar system in the panel box and providing & fitting of 400 amps changeover switch of nationally reputed make i.e. L&T / Havells / AE / Schneider only, making of all electrical connections & testing it on load at site. | 4 | Shifting of the old 63 KVA capacity DG set dismantled for installation of new 250 KVA DG set for 2200 LPM oxygen generation plants within the compound of Govt. Hospital, Gandhi Nagar by way of crane and mechanical transport (loading & unloading). Construction and laying of a new reinforced concrete foundation Block cum platform for the 63 KVA capacity DG of approx. size of length 9ft x width 4ftxdepth2.5ft by way of excavating of pit of required size for laying of new foundation block and shifting of mulba/soil to a safer place. Job includes providing and laying of 10mm M.S bar and fabrication of steel mesh having approx. size 8’x3’ 6”x 2’ comprising of 01 no horizontal mesh to be placed for bottom and top reinforcement and having vertical bars in between for completion of mesh structure. Job also includes fabrication of mesh including straightening, cutting, bending of cold twisted bars, providing and laying of 6” concrete base at the bottom to level the surface, curing it for three days so that it can act as mud mat. Placing of fabricated iron/steel mesh in foundation pit and then providing and laying in position of reinforced concrete foundation block. Filling the concrete in the ratio of 1:3:6(1 cement,3 sand&6 graded aggregates). The block shall be filled with rich mixture of concrete using vibrator for compaction and finally curing the foundation block for three days. The entire foundation block is to be laid as one unit, plastering of platform (above the ground portion) along with proper leveling. The complete job includes cost of material such as cement, sand, iron/steel, shuttering charges for concrete mixture, vibrator charges and all labour and handling charges of skilled as well as semiskilled labour, curing charges, all crane charges and all other kind of taxes thereof. Job also includes shifting back of the 63 KVA DG set over the newly laid platform with the help of crane and manual labour, complete earthing of the DG set, cutting of the ends of the LT cable, providing & fitting of heavy duty thimbles at both ends of the LT cable making of all electrical connections of the DG set for its complete installation. | 5 | Construction and laying of new extended reinforced concrete foundation block cum platform (which Is extended portion of existing 250 KVA Gen Set) by way of excavating of pit of required size for laying of new foundation block and shifting the mulba/ soil to a safer place. Job includes providing of 10mm MS bar and fabrication of steel mesh having approx. size 17 ftx2 ft comprising of01 no. horizontal mesh to be placed for bottom and top reinforcement and having vertical bars in between for compaction of mesh structure, fabrication of mesh includes straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding cold twisted bars. Providing and laying of 6” concrete base at the bottom to level the surface, curing it for three days, so that it can act as a mud mat. Placing of fabricated iron/steel mesh in foundation pit and then providing and laying in position of reinforced concrete foundation block of size 17.5 ft x 2.5 ft x 3.5 ft by filling the concrete in the ratio of 1:3:6 (1 cement,3 sand &6 graded aggregates).The block shall be filled with rich mixture of concrete using vibrator for compaction and finally curing the foundation block for three days.
