| 1 | Repairs to135 HP 3 phase induction motor installed at LIS Serpalai . The job involves dismantling of motor from its installed position after disconnecting the power supply of all three phases. Dismantling the motor by unfastening the foundation nuts and bolts and also decoupling from the pump. Lifting the motorwith chain pulley block with proper care to prevent any damage to suitable place for repair for motor at the site of LIS .Complete dismantling of the motor and extraction of rotor. Extraction of burnt winding from the stator, cleaning of stator with petrol .P/F of new winding wire of suitable gauge & size in the stator, varnishing the stator winding with superior quality of varnish. Drying the stator winding with hot air circulation process. P/F of 1 no. driving endbearing ( NU 316) . Assembling of the motor. Refitting the motor at its installed position and coupling with pump by way of lowering itwith the help of chain pulley block, making of electrical connections, alignment with pump , testing of motor on full load. Complete dismantling of impeller assembly .Rebuilding of pump shaft at damaged spots by remetalling . Providing/ fitting of DE and NDE bearings(6310- 2nos.), bushes (2nos)in lieu of worn out ones. Fabrication of glands and studs with nut. Fabrication of neck rings as per sample.Repair to bearing brackets. Re-assembling of impeller shaft assembly and shifting back to site and there after lowering at proper position, placement of oil seal and closing the top cover along with P/F new nuts and bolts and studs coupling with motor.
