1PROTECTION WORKS: Providing barricade along the demarked periphery of site using MS pipes/posts upto 1.8 m height temporarily with all warning signs and removing the same after the completion of work complete including all necessary fitting as per specifications / instructions of the consultant. Note : Barricade material shall be the Contractor"s property after dismantlingof barricade.
2Providing and erecting the safety net of opening 75mm x 75mm size at 1st floor level to prevent the debris falling on ground during progress of work and keeping the same in position during the entire period of work. Removing the same after the completion of work . Note : Contractor property after dismantling of safety nets.
3Providing and erecting steel props (upto 3m height, braced at centre and supporting a continuous 2" x 3" wooden runner, resting on wedge and block minimum capacity 3 Ton) to support the structure provisionally during repair and jacketing etc. and maintaining them in position till required as directed by the consultant. Removing the same after the completion of Job. Note :Steel props shall be the Contractor,s property after dismantling.
4Protection works to Switch boards, windows/ glass panes area not exceeding 2.7 sqm each etc using 6 mm thick plywood wherever requiredand dismentling the same after completion of works. Note : plywood shall be the Contractor"s property after dismantling of plywood.
5DISMANTLING AND DEMOLITION Dismantling of Brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed .
6Taking down cement plaster on brickmasonry walls built in cement mortor /concrete surface including taking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water in any position etccomplete all as specified and directed the Engr-in-Charge.
7Identifying and marking carefully the damaged reinforced concrete by tapping with light hammer and chipping the same with chisel after demarkingcomplete all as specified and directed the Engr-in-Charge.Note - Mechanical breaker shall not be used.
8REPAIR & RETROFITTING WORKS: Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia MS tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with MS tubes, MS tube challis, MS clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.Note:- (a) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.(b) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works. (c) Contractor property after dismantling of scaffolding.
9Nozzle Fixing: Drilling 12-16mm dia holes at honeycomb portions/voids/construction joints/cracks etc. spaced at specified spacing and placing 8-12mm dia nozzle of length 75 mm suitable for grouting into a 150 mm deep hole using polymer mortar including cutting of nozzle after the grouting and finishing with polymer mortar etc.complete all as specified and directed the Engr-in-Charge.
10Injection Grouting: Providing and applying injection grouting through the nozzles provided into the cracks/honeycombed areas by suitable grouting pump under pressure till the refusal including all labour, supervision, tools and tackles and transportation etc, complete all as specifiedand as directed, like MasterFlow 150 of BASF / Cebex 100 of Fosroc / Intraplast Ep of Sika or equipment.
11Cleaning reinforcement of total rust by tapping or using mechanical wire brush or any other suitable way including from behind and around the reinforcement bars to give it a totally rust free finished steel surface, (Mode of measurement concrete surface area with exposed reinforcement).
12Providing and supplying the one component, Polymer modifed, cementitious anti-corrosive primer (having the technical paramtters mentioned in material specifications) formulated to provide dual protection of a polymeric barrier and an integral corrosion-inhibiting system, to the existing steel and additional steel provided before patching of damaged areas, using suitable tools andequipment inclusive of Material, Manpower and Equipment complete all as specified and as directed. BASF MasterEmaco P130 / Fosroc Nitoprime Zincrich / Sika Rustoff 100 or other equivalent (Mode of measurement-concrete surface area with exposed reinforcement).
13Providing and Repairing the damaged concrete portion with single component, fibre reinforced, duel shrinkage-compensated, thixotropic, cementitious patch repair mortar (having the technical parameters mentioned in material specifications) capable of applying 25mm thick in single layer initially by hand and finishing with trowel carefully compacting the same around the rebars and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface with an average thickness of 25mm inclusive of Manpower.Material and Equipment,MasterEmaco S348 of BASF / Renderoc HB-60 of Fosroc / Sikadur 41 of Sika or equivalent
14All as per item No 13 here in beforebut 50 mm thickness in two layers.
15M&L for Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips for Steel reinforcement using TMT bars for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position arid binding all complete above plinth level.
16Providing and laying of prepacked dual shrinkage compensated polymer modified micro-concrete like MasterEmaco S346 of BASF/Renderoc LA 55 of Fosroc/ SikaRep Microcrete-4 of Sika or equivalent material including use of formworkcomplete all as specified and directed the Engr-in-Charge.
17M&L forBrickwork with subclass "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:6) ,complete all as specified and as directed.
18M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfacescomplete all as specified and directed the Engr-in-Charge.
19STRUCTRURAL STEEL REPAIRS. Taking down of alumimum bird proofing jalli with wire and refixing the same with new 2mm dia GI wire support to rafter/purlin etc after completion of repairs including removal of existing & making serviceable cables, pipe lines & other connected items , height above 10m butnot exceeding 20mtr complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note : Rate of 2mm dia GI wire also included in this item.
20Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, height above 10m butnot exceeding 20m complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
21S&F for Steel work in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) Quality `A" including top track of hangars door,height above 10m butnot exceeding 20m complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
22M&L for finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm) complete all as specified and as direted by Engr-in-Charge.
23M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.
24MISCELLANEOUS REPAIRS . S&F for sliding hangar door wheels and shaft weight not less than 22 kgs of each, fixing in position by lifting existing hangar door to put in position, greasing and with necessary lifting, jacking, welding work including fixing of shaft with two Nos Ball bearings of suitable size with locking pin etcincluding taking down old one complete all as specified and as direted by Engr-in-Charge.Note :- (a) Rates of wheels and shaft also included in this item. (b)Ball bearing shall be measured and paid for separately.
25Taking down existing hangar door wheels with shaft (length less than 0.25m) & bearing etccutting bygas welding with necessary arrangement for lifting doorthrough jack for removing hangar door wheels complete all as specified and directed.
26Supply onlyBall bearings of size /No. 6208 or equivivalent (weight less than 0.5kg) as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Make : SKF and equivalent
27Refixing of wheels at same position after overhauling to existing hangar door wheelsobtained from item No 25 abovethrough greasing, alignment, changing shaft alongwith safety pins etc complete, making functionable complete all as specified and directed.
28Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings/hangar door cladding, height upto 10m complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
29M&L Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
30M&L Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in hangar door /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
31M&L for complete removal of existing paint on steel surfaces with grinder over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on old surfaces of steel surfaces as in rafter, purlin, trusses and top track of hangar doors height upto 10m complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
32M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of hangar doors etc. over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, height upto 10mcomplete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
33M&Lfor welding in repairs thickness of metal to be welded exc 6mm but not exc 9mm, height above 10m but n.exc 20m complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
34S&Ffor hangar door wheels (top of hangar door) any dia, 50 mm thick having hole on centren exc 16mm dia to fix nut and boltto facilitate to hangar door move smoothly fixing in position by lifting existing hangar door to put in position, greasing and with necessary welding work etc including taking down, height above 10m but n exc 20m complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
35S&F for GI wire of dia not more than 2mm as in binding wire for fixing grill etc. height above 10 m but n.exc 20m complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
36Supplyonly 5mm thick aluminium anodised grill of approved design and fixing with F/U channel, height above 10m but n exc 20m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note : The grill shall be of model DG-202 or any other model of make Deco or equivalent.
37Fixing only Plain or corrugated steel sheeting galvalume sheet fixed on hangar doors any gauge, thickness, fixed with new self tapping screws after complition of repair / painting work , height upto 10m complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Sheets shall be used as obtained from serial item No 28 here in before)
38M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide incl preparation of new steel surfaces, over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and height upto 10m complete all as specified and as direted by Engr-in-Charge.
39Dismantling of alumimum bird proofing jalli with wire,wire supported to rafter/purlin etc , height above 10m butnot exceeding 20mtr complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
40Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings/hangar door cladding, height above 10m but n.exc 20m complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
41Fixing only Plain or corrugated steel sheeting galvalume sheet fixed on hangar doors any gauge, thickness, fixed with new self tapping screws after complition of repair / painting work , height above 10m but n.exc 20m complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Sheets shall be used as obtained from serial item No 40 here in before)
42M&L for complete removal of existing paint on steel surfaces with grinder over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on old surfaces of steel surfaces as in rafter, purlin, trusses and top track of hangar doors height above 10m but n.exc 20m complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Schedule of credit Rs 1,79,800.00
