| 1 | To perform such services and execute such works covered under the "term contract for artificers work" upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES Schedule during the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained inthe MES standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part -1 (Specification) with errata/amendments 1 to 3and standard schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II (Rates) with errata/amendments up to date and at Such other rates as may be fixed under the provison of condition 62 of IAFW-2249 (General Conditions of Contracts) Note : (i) Tenderer shall insert uniform percentage at the 15th row and "F" column of this BOQ Excel Sheet. (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or less (-) available at the 15th row and "E" column of this BOQ Excel Sheet, to quote the percentage above/below/At Par on MES SSR-2020 (Part-II). (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under the estimated rate col and the total amount reflected in this page is for reference only amount of BOQ is only preparation of comparative statement according to E tendering system. it is not the tender amount and will not be considered for Acceptance of Tender. Being Term Contract, work is priced at the rates given in MES SSR-2020 (part-II) and the tender shall be accepted at uniform percentage given at the 15th row and "F" Column of this BOQ Excel Sheet above/below/At par the rate contained in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 (Part-II) by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page. (iv) Irrespective of amount of BOQ accepted CA amount will be Rs 3000000.00 only and work orders will be placed upto Rs 3000000.00 including percentage quoted by tenderer. |
