| 2 | Note: 1. Work includes taking down of existing AC plants from its fixed position & depositing safely to MES store yard along with transportation at any distance. 2. The outdoor should deliver the mentioned capacity of 16 HP at 42 deg C outside temperature as per Delhi ambient conditions in summer (Bidder to consider applicable de-ration) 3. The bidder is required to submit NIT specific authorization certificate from the OEM duly signed and stamped. 4. COP at 50% load and at 35 deg C inside WBT should be of minimum of 7.0. 5. Bidder is required to submit OEM rating chart of the quoted outdoor unit for COP and capacity verification to the department 6. The entire work shall be carried out by OEM authorised delar and any civil work required shall be considered in the quoted rate. 7. Contractor and OEM are advised to visit site before quoting rates and arrangement to make sure there is no monkey menace leading to leakage from joints/ pipes. 8 Work includes gas charging of suitable refrigerant complete with Nitrogen testing 9. After completion of work contractor to submit to the department for 03 years AMC from OEM. |
