Supply of necessary materials as required for execution at actual cost basis. The materials shall be supplied as per requirement of department. Supply of materials have to be completed within 30 days from the date of instruction and payment to be made at actual after supply of materials and submission of proper bills, Challan etc duly signed by agency. [Bidders need not to quote against this item cell i.e item sl.no.3, the amount Rs.8,00,000/- will be added in the total amount "at par"] (Please see NIT for details scope of work) |
| 4 | NOTE: (i) PLEASE QUOTE "OVEHEAD INCLUDING PROFIT" IN THIS BOQ/PRICE BID SHEET. (ii) The amount of overhead quoted in this tender shall remain FIXED throughout the total contract period. For any enhancement in material price, rate of wages/benefits owing to MOS/Govt. Notification etc. no contractual overhead shall be paid calculating over that enhanced part. (iii) Ref.
