The Shell Should Be Of Course Grain Cast Iron Without Blow Holes Having 180-200 Bhn Hardness, Mtc Spectro Test And Utc And Hardness Test Certificate From Approved Source Is Required Before Dispatch Specificationofmaterial Is As Per Is 11201-1985. ( A ) Carbon 3.2-3.6% ( B ) Manganese 2.2-3.2% ( C ) Silicon 1.5-2.2% ( D ) Phosphorous 0.5% Max. ( E ) Sulphur 0.15% Max. Also Quote Rate For Semi Kouch And Lotus Roller For Above Mentioned Rollers After De-Shelling Each Roller Shaft Should Be Checked Ultrasonically, & Ultrasonic Test Report Of Each Roller Should Be Submitted. Grooving In Roller Should Be As Per Our Requirement.. One Side Freight Will Be Borne By The Tenderer.
