5Sand filling in trenches for cable protection provided with layer 8cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying including spreading and leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25mm thick complete all as specified and directed.
6Supply and laying in trenches Sub class ‘B’bricks well burnt locally available for covering to cable laid dry flat ,with width of brick perpendicular to the length of cable complete all as specified and as directed.
7Steel Tubular swaged polestype 410 SP-31 (9.0 m long) conforming to IS : 2713 Part-I to III 1980, complete with 6 mm thick mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, MS bolts, nuts, screws and including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, erecting in truely vertical position and embedding in PCC foundation including marking pole numbers with black paint in letters /figures not less than 10 cms each, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items."

12Switch air break, gang operated, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, having current rating upto 400 Amps for working pressure 11000 Volts with drop out type fuse assembly complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
13Lightning arrestors expulsion type suitable for HT 11KV complete with all fitting,transmission class having discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amp all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
14Cross arms, bracings, supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing the surface complete all as specified and directed.
15Pin type insulator , porcelain, vitreous white / brown including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one nut (galvanized iron)for size of 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade insulator complete all as specified and directed.

18Galvanized iron tubing 50mm bore light grade with all fitting laid in trenches/wall/floor/pole for protection of cable including providing fixing clamps, bolts and nuts of suitable size all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.Note:Excavationand earth workshall be measured and paid separately.
19Galvanized iron tubing 40mm bore lightgrade with all fitting laid in trenches/wall/floor/pole for protection of cable including providing fixing clamps, bolts and nuts of suitable size all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.Note:Excavation and earth workshall be measured and paid separately.
20Cable jointing kit for 11 KV(Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 95sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

25PVC insulated weather proof flat twin core Aluminiumcable of size 2.5 Sqmm single core includingwith PVC conduit of all necessary suitable iron clamp(3 Nos), nut and bolts of appropriate size from junction box to street light complete all as specified and directed. .
26Hard standing/platform for transformer of size 3000mm x 2500mm x 1200mm complete with chain link fencing and gate including necessary excavation, PCC, brickwork, plastering and PCC floor over hardcore and suitable ramp complete all as shown in Drawing No CEPZ/TD/350/08 Sheet 1/2and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
27Supply, installation, testing and commissioning offactory made, LT Feeder Pillar Box cubical, Outdoor type,IP-54, floor mounted double door, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 cycles, 415 Volts conforming to CPRI specifications . The panel board shall be made of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet for load bearing members and 2mm thick for doors covers and internal partitions and shall be powder coated both side.Base frame of the panel shall bemade of ICMC channel of size50 x50 x 6mm,duly groutedon platform made of brick work in CM (1:4), 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) having minimum height of 600mm.The panel shall be provided with separate compartments for each switch gears with hinged door including interlocking with switch gears. The panel board shall be suitable for AC, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply complete with epoxy insulated 250 Amps rated high conductivity Copper bus bars (neutral busbar should be half of phase bus bar), supported with DMC / SMC barriers and colour coded, prewired with copper cable.The panel shall be complete with instrumentation such asLED phase indicating lamps and CT"s, including extended aluminium strip of rating of Incomer (160Amps), and outgoing as per rating of MCCB’s, including aluminium lugs to connect the cable dismantled before etc., and comprising of the following:-

Notes:(i) Charges for earth resistivity test deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii)Earthing Installation shall be done in the presence ofEngineer in charge. 39Cutting of road for passing cable through road incluning resurfacing of disturbed road surface with premixed carpet, WBM etc of existing specification to match with original, complete all as specified and directed.
