| 1 | Providing and fitting of clutch plate as per sample and approved standard quality. The job shall include dismantling of old / damaged one by engaging skilled labours and tools and tackles. |
| 2 | P/F of 8 No of half and square threaded wheel/Hub bolts 22 No in size of EN8 material of appropriate make and weight. |
| 3 | Repairs to blade frame by way of denting,welding of MS Angle pieces of suitable size, channels and plates of required size for support strength at stress corners and other crack spots. The weld beed and weld strength thus obtained shall be approved by Engineer incharge. |
| 4 | Repairs to chasis of the machine by way of providing MS Channel C-Cross section support of 3ft length (02 lengths) made of high carbon steel. The job includes surface preparartion, welding using good quality electrodes and hole drilling followed by tightening using fasteners at required spots. The job also includes providing and fitting of MS Angle supports to impart strength. |
| 5 | Providing and fitting of Bolts with nuts, washers and collar type bushes as per sample to variable V -blade of the machine. |

| 10 | Repairs to Electrical side: |
| 11 | Repairs to alternator by way of p/f of alternator cut out, rectifier set, carbon brush set. The job includes testing and refitment followed by testing. |
| 12 | Repalcement of fog Lights (01 No), Head Light (01 N0) fog lamps 12 V (4 No), Wiper arm with blade (02 No), wiper motor machine 12v (01 No), mobile charger (01 No), Battery lead with terminal of length 7ft (02 No), Battery thimbles (04 No), wiring (10 mtr), starting switch. The job includes labour cost from dismanling to refitting of new parts. |
