The Buyer Is Required To Deposit Em Corresponding To Cost Of 15 Mt And Lift 15 Mt Per Month(Subject To Availability).In Case The Buyer Fails To Lift 15 Mt In Any Month (Subject To Availability) The E M Deposited Will Be Forfeited And Deal Will Be Treated As Closed.The Buyer Is Required To Deposit 1St Installment Payment Along With Balance 10% Earnest Money On Or Within 5 Days From The Date Of Sale Letter And 2Nd And Onward Payments On 3Rd Of Every Month Of One Month Arising Qty., Failing Normal Penalty Clause Will Be Applicable.The Successful Bidder Has To Lift Minimum 50% Of The Monthly Arising Quantity Every Fortnightly Subject To Availability, Any Short Fall Will Attract Penalty Of 5% On The Basic Value Of The Material Which Will Be Debited From Buyer Account.
