| 5 | Project management consultantancy (PMC) work PMAY and various Govt Scheme Part A:- Under PMC work, after receipt of approval from the Govt the bidder has to prepared the revised estimate of all the sanction component (if required), also to prepared revised drawings, designed. for purposed of technical sanction as well as for practical execution of work. To obtain the technical sanction for all the estimate by visiting and discussion with the competent authority. After receipt of T.S. prepared e-tender documents, paper advertisement, to assist M.C. to upload the same in www.mahatenders.gov.in and also after tender procedure is completed, to prepared comparative statement and put before M.C. with mentioning opinion on it, to assist M.C. to prepared draft copy of agreement between M.C and the contractor and to prepared draft copy of work oreder,etc. Part B:- I) During execution of work , to take RCC drawing from structural engineer, to give the layout to the contractor, to supervise the works , to record the measurement of infrastructure work(excluding measurement of individual dwelling units)in M.B. for the bill and measurement submitted by the contractor after joint inspection with contractors representative, M.C. engineer, by fixing the date for joint inspection ,prepared computer typed bill and to submit the same to M.C. for final checking ,necessary corrections and payment to the contractor. II) To supervise the construction work of dwelling units (if constructed individual or in cluster all in many other type), prepared their stage wise payment sheet on the basis of estimated amount and to submit in to recommendation for payments. (Consider project cost Rs. 10.00 Crore only for the purpose of quoting rates) |
