XLPE cable of 33kV grade and LT busduct termination arrangement on LV side with neutral brought out separately, complete with standard fitting and accessories as per IS:1180, Energy Efficiency Level-3, including buchholz relay, oil & winding temperature indicator, marshalling box, interconnections with HT panel, RTCC panel including control wiring with copper control cable of size 2.5Sq.mm PVC armoured copper cable, supplying and grouting of suitable MS channels with all accessories for mounting arrangement including dismantling of existing transformer with connections and shifting to AAI store etc. complete as required at site.
2Supply of 3C x 300 sqmm 33 kV(Un-Earthed), stranded, aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, screened with extruded semiconducting compound in combination with copper tape, cores laid up, inner sheathed (PVC), galvanised steel strip armoured, and overall PVC sheathed (PVC) black cable conforming to IS: 7098(Part-2)2011 with latest amendements.
3Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33 KV grade as required : 300 sq. mm
4Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33 KV grade as required : 300 sq. mm
5Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 33 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required. Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm
6Supplying and laying of following sizeDWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc.conforming toIS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. 200 mm dia (OD-200 mm & ID-175 mm nominal)
7Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. (but with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.
8Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
9Complete testing and overhauling of existing HT Panel / Switchboard (5 verticals ) including Supply & replacement existing 02 nos of HT breaker/s (which is supplied as mentioned in belowdetails) and necessary repairing, maintenance,replacement of diffective spare parts & required modifications in panel for replacement of 02 nos supplied breakers. Following are the included in this Job:- i)Supply & replacement of 02 nos ABB Make 33kV, 1500MVA (26.2KA), 1250 A, SF6 gas insulated circuit breaker, Model HPA36/1225C (Code-1VYN400289-AH) or equivalent to match the existing system, cubicle type, made of minimum 14 SWG sheet steel, totally enclosed, minimum IP4X, free standing floor mounting, indoor, compartmentalized, extendable, powder coated painting suitable for operation on 33 kV, 3 Ph, 50 Hz system, mounted on horizontally withdrawable truck including necessary modification if required to match the existing mechanical & electrical arrangement of the existingpanel, as per site condition, for complete functionality,including transportation, loading-unloading at site etc. complete as required.- 02 Nos ii) For rest of the breakers & switch gears - Breaker Testing : Contact Resistance Measurement, time Travel test, insulation resistanace test, complete functionality test. Panel Testing : Via primary injection test kit. Relay Testing : Secondary injection testingi/c Relay time settings. Includes inspection for any physical damage or defects, check the mechanical (ON/OFF) operation of breaker, checking the tightness of breaker critical settings, nuts and bolts, lubrication for the breaker mechanism and panel rack-in / rack-out mechanism wear & tear spare parts, checking the electrical operations of panel, checking the functional operation of limit switches and TNC and L/R switches, checking the alignment of PT truck, check of control plug arrangement & alignment, check smoothness and ease of operation (both closing and opening), check the complete rack-in / rack-out operation, operation counter condition check for proper alignment of the shutters, check for power contact alignment in panels (bus shut-down is compulsory), check of all mechanical / electrical interlock, visual check for all insulator, bushings & shrouds, arrest the openings for rodant entry, tightness of main busbar joints, check for control voltage healthinesetc as complete as required as per site condition. iii) Dismentling of Existing 02 nos of replaced breakers and placed to AAI store.
10Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Battery Charger of 220 V A.C. Input and 24/30 V D.C. continuous output compatible to use for Existing HT panel system with 2 Nos. 12 V maintenance free batteries of 100 AH each, charging unit, capacitor bank for emergency delivering for trip system complete with suitable capacity of Ammeter and Voltmeter i/c. connections with 2.5 Sq.mm. FRLS insulated Copper conductor cable and suitable size MS stand etc. as required. (In the event of failure of AC supply to the charger the load shall be transferred to the battery bank automatically)
11Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of OEM make floor mounted auto-manual powerfactor correction panel of 400 kVAR capacity having 3 phase, MPP (total power loss not exceeding 0.40 W/ KVAr) power capacitor in 12 step relay, with 7.0% detuned filters to suppress switching of inrush current and reducing harmonicsto improve capacitor life, (2X 25 KVAR +3X 50 KVAR + 2X 100 KVAR ), 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz ACsupply system fabricated in compartmentalized modular design from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland, plates i/ccleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having TPN Aluminium alloy bus bars for highconductivity, SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit withstand capacity of 50 KA for 1 sec , bottom base channel of MS section not less than100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common copper earthbar of size 25 mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid / flexible connections from main bus bar to switchgears and fromswitchgear output to cable termination in cable alley with required size of AL conductors / bus bars and control wiring with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulatedcopper conductor cable (FRLS), cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, i/c providing following switchgears / accessories & ventilationfans as per recomondadtion of OEM & as per specifications. (Panel should be TTA type only accordance with IS 13340-1993/IS 13341-1992 or any other relavent standards.) INCOMER: 800 Amp, TP Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (Ics = Icu = 50 KA) with microprocessor based releasewith built in O/L, S/Cprotection with Individual LED for fault indication for each fault. Digital Multifunction Meter( Parameters Volage & Current) of suitable range for 3 phase, 4 wirreoperation with LED display and built-in selector switch along with 2 Amp MCB for controlling & with 3 numbers of class 1.0, 15 VA Cast resinCTs with RS 485 Port to measure all Electrical parameters including individual harmonics . 1 Set of Indication Lamps (LED type)for R,Y,B with 2 Amp MCB for controlling and breaker "ON" ,"OFF" & "TRIP" with 2 Amp MCB for controlling. 1 No. Auto/Manual selector switch with Auto & Manual indication Lamp and 2 Amp MCB for controlling. One numbers microprocesser type automatic power factor sensing and correction relay 10 Step(APFC REALAY ) complete with its all accessories etc. as required. 01 No
12BUS BAR: TPN aluminium bus bars of minimum 800 Amps capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves andi/c, SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete for cross section, size supports & their spacing etc. for withstanding fault level of50KA for 1 sec. SWITCHGEAR FOR CAPACITORS: 2 Nos. 50A , 36 KA TP Moulded Case circuit breaker with built in thermal magnetic release(Ics = Icu =36 KA) 3 nos. 100A , 36 KA TP Moulded Case circuit breaker with built in thermal magnetic release(Ics = Icu= 36 KA) 2 nos. 200A, 36KA TP Moulded Case circuit breaker with built in thermal magnetic release(Ics = Icu = 36KA) 2 Nos.Bank of 25 kVAR MPP heavy duty type units with discharge registor. 3 Nos Bank of 50 kVAR MPP heavy duty type units with discharge registor. 2 Nos Bank of 100 kVAR MPP heavy duty type units with discharge registor. Power Contactors : 50A X 2 +95A X 3 +200A X 2 7 Sets of Start/ Stop push buttons. 7 Sets of Indicating lamps (LED type) for capacitor ON (Green) & capacitor OFF (Red) & Trip (AMBER) 7 Sets A/M Selector Switch. Adequate number of Axial flow fans with thermostat as per design requirement. NOTE : All breakers breaking capacities shall be Icu=Ics. All MICROPROCESSOR based MCCBs shall be provided with 1-O/L, S/C protection. 1 No ON" (Red) ,OFF & TRIP indication lamp (LED type) with 2 Amp SP MCB for each outgoing. 1 Set Rotary operating mechanism and terminal extension spreaders for all the MCCB"s. Complete in all respect including all interconnections from the bus bars to MCCB to contactor andcontactor to terminal blocks of Capacitor. Automatic Switching "ON" and "OFF" capacitor panel described as above. Relay of APFCpanel should have RS485 comunation port , Duel CT sensing capable to program separate set pointfor SEB & DG supply , facility to by pass capacitors on the even of higher voltage harmonics , highertemparature inside panel ( site programable ) & auto control of FAN based on panel temparature .Capacitor Panel described as above: Capacitor Panel should be capable to connect with EMS/EBS/SCADA software for centralized monitoring.
