| 1 | a) SUPPLY AND FIX OF GODOWN LOCATION INDICATION BOARD:- Supply and fix Godown location indication board of Size 30” x 14” -10 Nos, 30” x 18” -01 Nos, 30” x 8” -01 Nos and 20” x 6” - 01 Nos made of ¾” hardwood plank with wooden bedding on three sides, smooth finishing of wooden planks, application of putty, wooden primer, finish painting with blue paint and letter writing of specified size on both sides of the board including fixing at locations. The detls of letter writing on the boards are as under :-\n (i) GODOWN NO 8 DOZER – SIZE II, DOZER SIZE IV.\n (ii) GODOWN NO 9 MOTOR GRADER, WHEEL DOZER, MML.\n (iii) GODOWN NO 10 JCB.\n (iv) GODOWN NO 11 TYRES & TUBES.\n (v) GODOWN NO 13 TOOLS & BATTERIES.\n (vi) GODOWN NO 15 TATA JD & ROCK DRILL, SPARES FOR ENGINES.\n (vii) RECEIPT CELL.\n(b) PRINT, SUPPLY AND FIX BIN LOCATION NUMBER STICKER :- Print, supply and fix Bin location number sticker of size 20mm x 75mm, letter font size’68’ type ‘Arial’ with self adhesive gum (Security level) at Godown No. 8, 9, 10, 11, 13 & 15 serial number from 0001 to 25000 at Bin location including cleaning of surface for dust free before fixing of sticker. \n (i) 0001-25000 - 10 Sheet\n (ii) 001-100 - 10 Sheet\nc) FABRICATE AND SUPPLY STORAGE BIN: - Fabricate and supply storage Bin of size 900mm x 600mm x 750mm height with 150mm ground clearance legs. Fabricated from 32mm x 32mm 6mm galvanized iron angle columns at all four corners and bottom frame, tied with 20mm x 25mm galvanized iron flat at top. Fixing galvanized iron wire mesh/grill 25mm x 25mm x 2.98mm on all four sides and double mesh at bottom side, galvanized iron wire mesh/grill fixed to be with 6mm dia 10mm long bolt, nut and washer -03 Nos on each edge/end of the wire mesh/grill, including painting with aluminum paint. \n(c) FABRICATE AND SUPPLY STORAGE BIN: - \nFabricate and supply storage Bin of size 900mm x 600mm x 750mm height with 150mm ground clearance legs.
