Carrying Out The Electrification Work Against Sanctioned Package No. 05, 10, 11 & 12 / 2019-20 Under Jvvn Yojna In The Area Of Eudd-I, Aligarh-1 Safe carriage of following S.T Poles/ PCC Poles from Store Centre, Sarsol to the respective site of work including the work of its loading & unloading at the repective ends. 2 11 Mtrs. long S.T.Pole 3 Safe carriage of line material viz. AB Cable, Conductor, G.I. Earth Wire, Cross Arm, Angle, Channel, Insulators, Clamps & other material from store Centre, Sarsol to the respective site of work including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends. 4 Erection of following single support including fixing complete HT/LT fittings as per RESSPO Munual including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 5 11.0 Mtrs. long S.T. Pole 6 Grouting of single support as per RESSPO Manual including of the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand & brick ballast in ratio 1:4:8 including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast etc. 7 11.0 Mtrs. long S.T. Pole 8 Erection & grouting of 11 Mtrs. ST double pole including fixing complete HT/LT fitting as per RESSPO Manual including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand & brick ballast in ratio 1:4:8 including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast etc. 9 Laying sagging stringing and binding of ACSR Dog Conductor on the newly erected pole as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer, including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 10 Laying spreading, lifting and final sagging of Aerial Bunched Cable size 3x120+1x95+1x16 sq.mm. including fixing of all accessories as per RESSPO Manual and as per direction of supervising engineer, including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. : 11 Erection and grouting of stay set including the work of nozzling etc. as per RESPO manual and also including the cost of arrangement of all grouting material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per RESSPO Manual. 12 Fixing & connecting of earthing rods as per RESSPO Manual including the cost of labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 13 After opening of HT & LT Connections, dismentalling of 400 KVA Distribution Transformer from plinth and its safe carriage from respective site to other site and placement on the Plinth including proper jumpering from 11 KV TPMO to the transformer and also connecting the LT site cables including loading & unloading at the respective ends as per RESSPO Manual. 14 After opening of HT & LT Connections, dismentalling of 250 KVA Distribution Transformer from plinth and its safe carriage from respective site to other site and placement on the Plinth including proper jumpering from 11 KV TPMO to the transformer and also connecting the LT site cables including loading & unloading at the respective ends as per RESSPO Manual. 15 After opening of HT & LT Connections, dismentalling of 63 KVA Distribution Transformer from plinth and its safe carriage from respective site to other site and placement on the Plinth including proper jumpering from 11 KV TPMO to the transformer and also connecting the LT site cables including loading & unloading at the respective ends as per RESSPO Manual. 16 Neutral & body earthing of Distribution Transformer by digging of pit upto water level depth (approx. 125 feet) and then inserting 1-¼” dia GI pipe of ‘A’ grade, conforming to the requirement of IS specification and then connecting the top of the inserted pipe and transformer body through GI strip of size 40x6 mm with the help of nut and bolt or through gas welding, as per direction of supervising engineer. It includes the cost of all material labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. The aforesaid work shall be carried out as per RESSPO norms. 17 Providing and fixing of welded wire mesh fencing around transformer plinth with M.S. Angle of size 35X35X6 mm. length and 1.20 Meters height, such panels shall be supported on M.S. Angle from of size 40X40X6 mm. having 04 Nos. corner supports of height 1.65 Meters including extended legs for grouting which will be used as a door for entry of the personnel or removal/shifting of transformer with welded hinges, sliding belt etc. for locking the arrangement as per drawing and specifications the fencing will be painted one coat of red oxide primer and then two coats of bus green synthetic enamel paint. The rates should be inclusive of all materials required for proper completion of above work (length of each fencing approx. 11 Meters) 18 Fabrication of T-Off Channel as per RESSPO Norms. 19 Fabrication of Top Channel as per RESSPO Norms. 20 Fabrication of Dropper Channel as per RESSPO Norms. 21 Fabrication of T/F Base Channel/Angle as per RESSPO Norms. 22 Laying of 1x400Sq.mm. LT XLPE Cable including making proper connections with Transformer LT side. The work includes the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 23 Dismantling of old & used Scrap (i.e. TPMO, DO Fuse Set, Dropper Channel, Top Channel etc.) form existing line and its safe carriage from site to store as per RESSPO Norms. 24 Dismantling of old & used ST Pole/Rail form existing line and its safe carriage from site to store as per RESSPO Norms.
