| 16 | 16 | Annual Maintenance Contract for all AC UNITS provided in the various chambers of RHB, H.O. Building, Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur. The AMC includs the room AC's of different types under schedule. The Contractor will have to provide checking & servicing of the AC's units once in every three month period that means four services per year per A.C. cleaning of filters, blowing off dust, oiling - greasing of blower motor, checking and tighting of electric connections, rotor capacitor, rotary switches, wiring etc. including of blower motor if required.All the parts shall be replaced by its original make spares. Contractor is required to attend the complaints immediately on breakdown calls, his engineer will contact RHB office every Monday to note down the complaints, if any. This contract shall not cover front panal & outer casing Knobs & AC Box. The defective seal domes shall be replaced / repaired by its manufacturing unit only (No local cutting and repair of sealed domes will be accepted). This contract includes all in all repair / replacement of compressor, starting components, thermostate, selector switch, relays, fan blower, motor charging gol etc. And stablizer Contractor will have to undertake overhauling of AC units once during the period of contract.
