Tender For Proposed Interior, Electrical And Allied Repair Works At Mmzo Building. 1.1 Dismantling Work Removing Loose damaged plaster/concrete from wall, column, beam the, slab, cleaning and preparing the surface as directed including the joints of masonry junction, wherever absolutely necessary as in the form of major cracked, debonded etc.(Internal Plaster).rate include cutting of edges of marked areas using cutter/grinder as directed by the engineer in charge and disposing off the debris form site at approved location at own cost. 1.2 Plastering /Painting A Providing and applying lime plaster approximately 15-20mm thick plaster for internal area B Acrylic emulsion paint of approved make and color in two coats with the required base coat as per manufactures specification. 1.3 Wooden Works A Removal of infestation of termites by using Per XIL 10 or equivalent by brushing to ensure maximum penetration by saturation and additionally drilling 2-3mm hole and injecting the same to reach the core in pre-infested areas B Filling of lost part wooden surface construction UP to 12mm using EPO 127 Epoxy putty for wood for affected areas as directed by engineer In charge 2 Wooden Storage All storage cabinets/ low height cabinets/side racks shall have 19mm Ply/ block board for box, shelves and shutters and 6mm ply for back. Unless otherwise specified, all external/exposed surfaces shall be provided with1.0 mm laminate finish of approved make and design and all internal surfaces shall be painted with white/ivory shade of satin finish enamel paint of approved make. All edges of ply/block board shall have 25x12mm teak wood/ steam beach lipping. The cabinet shall have self-closing hinges, (Godrej, Ebco, Hettich), SS handles, magnetic catchers, godrej /equivalent locks etc. complete as/drawing details to the satisfaction of Architect. The front area of cabinet i.e. length x height shall be measured for payment. FULL HEIGHT CABINETS Providing & fixing box fill height cupboards 400/450mm deep & height 2100/2400 mm as per main specifications mentioned above. INTERNAL WIRING 3 POINT WIRING : Providing wiring ( supply, fixing, testing and comm. etc) for light point / Exhaust fan point / Call bell point/6A Switch-socket point etc with 2x1.5+1X1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core multi stranded wire in MMS grade-PVC conduit with conduit accessories like bend , junction box etc in concealed/surface manner as per site requirement with suitable Modular Switches with plate and metal / PVC box, ceiling rose , bulb holder etc including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper earth wire etc complete as required. Wire colors : Red, Black, Green .Supplying, providing wiring (supply, fixing, testing and comm. etc) for circuit with 2 x 2.5 + 1 x 2.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core multi stranded wire in MMS grade-PVC conduit with conduit accessories like bend, junction box etc on surface / recessed manner etc ( Wiring from D.B. / Source to Board/destination ) and making good all the damages, painting, cleaning the site etc complete as required as per site requirement and as directed 3.1 6 AMP. POINTS ON SAME BOARD (Half point): Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 1 No 6 A Multi Socket with 1No. 6 A switch ( Modular type ) with cover plate , sheet steel box / PVC modular box etc on surface / concealed manner I/c electrical connections and making good all the damages, painting, cleaning the site etc complete as required as per site requirement and as directed. 3.2 COMPUTER POINT : I / Os :/Telephone Points Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of the Computer point with the followings – a) Four pair STP CAT 6 LAN cable tinned copper conductor, P.V.C. insulated and sheathed , fire retarding, anti-termite, colour coded twisted pairs and rip cord. (from server room switch to I/O outlet ) b) HMS Pvc Pipe on beam /column / wall / floor etc with all necessary materials i/c connections, identification by numbering etc complete as required as per At & T specification. A Single outlet with shutter modular type I / Os Outlets ( RJ – 45 ) with suitable size PVC modular boxes complete as required 3.3 SFU TPN 160 A with HRC fuses(just after meter and prior to Main Panel)
