1 1 Diesel Generator Set:\nSupply, erection, testing and commissioning of 3 phase 415 volts 50 cycle per second 1500 RPM radiator cooled by water with fan etc.Diesel Generator Sets of rating as below. The engine shall be 4 stroke and shall include flywheel to suit flexible coupling with guard, stainless steel bellow, air cleaner, blower fan, fuel pump, electronic variable speed governor, fuel filter, lub oil filter & pump, dynamo, 24 volt batteries,180 AH, C-10 Lead acid type, battery stand, battery cable along with fuel tank hand pump and engine controller comprising of switch with key, 990 ltrs day oil tank , fuel pipeing from day tank to DG Set, residential silencer etc. as required.\nThe alternator shall be self excited , self regulated and continuously rated as below suitable for 3 phase 415 volts 50 cycles, 4 wire system and shall be provided with brushless excitation unit, Alternator insulation shall be class 'H' suitable to withstand tropical conditions and shall generally comply with BS 5000 and IS 4722 and suitable for working on AMF Panels, complete with Droop CT's etc. \nThe overload capacity shall not be less than 110% of rated capacity for 1 hour in every 12 hours. The alternator shall be with suitable Cable extension box fabricated out of 14 SWG MS CRCA sheet , duly painted, in addition to standard terminal box for termination of 3.5C x 300 Sq.mm, LT Power cables, as required. The DG set shall be mounted on a fabricated rigid common base frame with resilient anti-vibration mountings to provide 98% vibration isolation. The DG set shall include all accessories, fittings and instrument complete as per specifications and as required. The entire D.G. Set shall be housed in Sound & Weatherproof accoustic enclosure , suitable for indoor duty, as per Central Pollution Control Board norms and as per Technical Specifications.\nApproval of operation of D.G. Sets from CEA. \nAll payments towards fees / registration charges shall be made by NISER and receipts shall be got prepared in the favour of authorities making payments. \nRates for above activities, shall be inclusive of preparation of layout drawings, follow up of necessary applications , liason with all Govt. bodies for approvals .Day Fuel Tank:\nSupply, installation, testing and commissioning of 990 liters capacity Day Fuel Tanks, fabricated from 3 mm thick M.S. sheets including the cost of removable cover with locking arrangement, painting and also providing all the required appurtenances like inlet and outlet connections, float valves, drain connection, overflow connection to oil sump, mechanical oil level indicator and including the cost of support arrangement etc. complete as required.\n For detail technical specification refer to NIT.\n\n
