3 1.01 - Virus (plaque forming units)\n- Peak Flow Av Flow\nTotal Flow in 24 hr\n(iv) Calculation sheet to arrive the capacity of STP as per Mannual of Sewerage and Sewage Treatment System, Ministry of Urban Development 2013 and TI-05/2011 & TI on Sewage Management in MES 2015 by E-in-C’s Br.\n(v) Layout plan of existing sewerage system STP and proposed STP and new sewerage line for proposed STP.\nNote :(i) Consultant shall provide comparative analysis of sewage treatment technologies available in country viz effluent parameters,capital cost and maint / operation cost for selection of technology and further design as per stage –II and stage-III.\n(B) STAGE-II:- Design, Calculation, preparation of layout Plan, Architectural Drawing, Structural drgs, Bill of Quantities, layout Sizes & specifications of all sewers pipe line from various location i.e sewage pump house No 1,2,3,4, MAP pump ,Bde pump and EME pump and surrounding area to STP incl depth of the pipe lines, manholes, pumping stations and other civil works etc required with tertiary treatment and draft specification of sewage treatment plant based on Moving Bed Biological Reactor (MBBR) technology of capacity appx 1.4 MLD including electro mechanical unit and civil units and design, calculation, preparation of layout Plan, Architectural Drawing, Structural drgs, Bill of Quantities, layout, sizes & specifications of Treated water tanks and all pipe line from Treated water tank at near STP to other Tanks at various locations in south campus area as directed by GE & further distribution of treated water for reuse such as arboriculture , SWT etc. incl details of the pipe lines, pumping stations and other civil wks etc required. Certain main Mechanical, Electricals and Civil works to be designed are as under apart from the above are as under :-
4 1.02 Mechanical equipments/ machineries, Electrical Components:\n(i) Air Grid for Equilization tank.\n(ii) Centrifugal self priming sewage pumps.\n(iii) Air Blowers with motor and its accessories.\n(iv) One set of Hypo-dosing system.\n(v) Filter feed tank.\n(vi) Centrifugal filter feed pumps.\n(vii) Dual Media filter.\n(viii) Activated carbon Filter.\n(ix) All inter connecting pipe line network including all necessary fitting and valves, efficient functioning of entire scheme and P & I and hydraulic diagram.\n(x) All instrumentations comprising of pressure gauge, level control switches, auto desludge valve & air rotameters for each pump, blower & filters.\n
5 1.03 (xi) Electrical panel for operation of electrical units sewage treatment plant.\n(xii) Electrical cabling from STP panel to various drives with suitable size.\n(xiii) Earthing for Raw sewage pumps, centrifugal pumps, dosing pumps, control panels, air compressor motor and building etc as required.\n(xiv) Design of Distribution system for treated water to the best economy. The distribution shall include treated water supply for arboriculture and to proposed treated water tank at different locations.\n(xv) Design, Drawing and pricing for Automation system/SCADA for STP & treated water pump sets.\n(xvi) Design, Drawing and pricing for external elect supply including level-3 distribution transformerr, external water supply & standby DG sets. \n(xvii) M & O schedule for running of STP & connected items for period of three years after defect liability of two years.
6 1.04 Civil Units/Brief Specifiations :\n(i) Collection Sump Well and Fine Bar Screen.\n(ii) Bar screen chamber in RCC construction of designed capacity for STP.\n(iii) Oil & grease trap chamber in RCC Construction of designed capacity for STP.\n(iv) Equalization tank in RCC Construction of designed capacity for STP.\n(v) Moving Bio Bed Reactor tanks.\n(vi) Tube sttler tank.\n(vii) Treated water tank in RCC Construction with epoxy coated on inside surface.\n(viii) Chlorination tank.\n(ix) Sludge drying beds.\n(x) Treated water storage tank at different locations. \n(xi) Design, Drawing and estimating of roads, paths and culvert for STP area.\n(xii) Design, Drawing and estimating of security wall, compound wall and gate for STP area.\n(xi) Duty Room with Toilet and Chemical Store of suitble size with toilet with following specifications:-\n
7 1.05 (a) RCC Frame structure.\n(b) Brick masonary.\n(c) Steel window two Nos and paneled door shutter.\n(d) Kota stone Flooring and skirting in Room.\n(e) Non skid tile flooring with 1.2 mtr high glazed tile dado in toilet.\n(f) Plaster in CM (1:6) internally and in CM (1:4) externally, Plaster on ceiling in CM 1:3.\n(g) Finishes: (i) Oil bound distemper-internally (ii) Cement based paint-externally.\n(h) In toilet one WC and one WHB PVC door in Toilet.\n(j) Work of internal water supply, internal electrification (wiring, switches, sockets, lights, fittings, fixtures and one no exhaust fan) and plumbing as required. \n(k) Building design alongwith sewage disposal.\n(l) Location of Man holes and size.\n(m) Invert levels of existing and proposed Manholes. \n(xiv) Any other item required for successful completion of scheme.\nNote: Consultant shall give presentation after completion of STAGE-II at HQ CE Bathinda Zone to discuss and finalise the scheme. \n\n\n
8 1.06 (C) STAGE-III: Complete Design detail of proposed STP including sewer line network, treated water disposal system/ network, building Structural, architerctural drawing including plan/section complete in the form of DPR and BOQ based on SSR-2020/Market rate etc for issue of tender. Complete design details including structural drawing of items of STP including sewer lines and treated water supply scheme shall be vetted by NIT/IIT.\nNotes:- \n(1) All other work for STP (except control Room) shall be RCC grade M-30 (Design Mix) as specified using SRC cement Re-inforcement CRS steel TMT bars of grades Fe 500D shall be used as specified.\n(2) Any other component required for above process.\n(3) Tertiary treatment for STP as specified above would be for 100% of the specified plant capactity.\n
9 1.07 (4) Complete sewage scheme to be approved by NIT/IIT as directed by GE.\n(5) Consultant to prepare and provide in soft and hard copy of DPR in 08 set after final submission.\n(6) DPR to include: Basis of design.\n (a) All design calculation.\n (b) All Drawing.\n (c) Contour Mapping in grid of 5 x 5m of STP site and other connected locations as directed by GE .\n(7) Design shall be carried out and checked by qualified Engineer.\n(8) Design and Drawing shall be designed as earthquake resistance framed structure as per latest BIS codal provision.\n(9) Soil investigation Report shall be in accordance as per direction of E2 Planning/ Design.\n(10) To ensure that the vetted design are safe and economical.\n(11) The consultant will carry out all coordination for finalization of the work with Engineer-in-Charge/GE concerned and then produce set of drawings for finalizations at HQ CE Bathinda Zone.\n(12) Service of consultant shall be continued during execution stage also to ensure implementation of workable STP to have sound technical decisions on any unforeseen issue.\n(13) All charges and fee etc payable to any department, colleague/ institute etc for compete DPR deemed to be included in quoted rate.\n\n\n\n\n\n
10 1.08 TERMS & CONDITIONS\n1. The work completed in all aspects by the Firm will be finally vetted by department, i.e. HQ CE Bathinda Zone within the period of completion.\n2. The consultant will offer the Design Drawing to the inspection authority who shall carryout vetting which are deemed necessary and the consultant shall also provide all assistance as desired by the department. Any defect/irregularity pointed out by the inspection authority be rectified by the consultant at his own cost.\n\n\n\n\n\n
