| 1 | Providing and fixing False Ceiling System of color bronze yellow (RAL 1036 with minimum 24 Microns PVDF coating compliant to AAMA2605 consisting of Panel 600 mm wide x 3000 mm length x 25 mm thick of Aluminum ALLOY of AA3105/AA3003 Series with front skin, and 0.5 mm thick backside skin Primer Coat. Coil Coating paint line used by the manufacturer must have the Valid Approved Coating Applicator Certificate from the Coating companies like PPG/AKZO/Monopol/Nippon/Berger- Becker or any other standard international reputed paint manufacturers for the coating Line. Manufacturer must have the Accelerated weather testing Machine, Salt spray testing Facility available with the calibration traceable to NABL approval and the Coil Coating must be on a continuous coating line. The honeycomb panel ends will be raised up to 25 mm thick and ends has to be continuous roll-formed to form a grove to accommodate the suitable clamp fixing with the raised heads to close the grove. The clamp shall be fixed to the curved steel sub-structure with the help of Aluminum framing as per the specified radius of the curve as specified in GFC structural drawing. Honeycomb panel core with cell size 19 mm with foil thickness of 0.076 mm to withstand the minimum upward wind Pressure on Each panel of false ceiling of 3.51 kPa. The false ceiling system shall withstand super cyclone of Catastrophic effects. The Honeycomb manufacturer must furnish the valid quality certificates issued by the independent agency accredited (TUV, BV , etc) for testing of proposed material. The rate includes the cost of all materials including aluminum framing, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding etc. as required for carrying out the complete job at all heights and levels and as per Direction of Engineering-In- Charge.Steel Supporting structure shall be measured and paid separately in respective BOQ item |
