3 3 SITC OF CUBICLE TYPE LT PANEL\nSITC of LT,Cubicle Type,Floor Mounted , totally enclosed, fully compertmentalized electrical control panel suitable for operation at 415 Volt, 50 Hz,as per size, design & drawing to be approved by EIC.The panel board will be fabricated by CPRI approved panel maker as per detail specification below. 1 item
4 3.01 The general construction of the pannel will conform to IS 8623:93 as ammended uptodate. The Degree of IP protection for the enclosure will be IP-42.It will have multi tier arrangement, having necessary cable alley at both end, with rigid and self supporting structure fabricated with sufficient no. of channels & covered by 2mm thick CRCA sheet with base structure by 75x40x4mm channel.
5 3.02 All incoming, outgoing SFUs & Bus Coupler are to be housed in respective compartments with hinged and gasketted doors at the front. All the doors should have pannel lock arrangements in such a fashion that it cannot be unlocked unless the respective feeder remains OFF. The rear of the pannel should have gasketted wire net guard for ventillation and arrangement shall be made for easy access to each compatment by providing rear doors with locking system.
6 3.03 The pannel is to be properly gasketted to prevent the dust and vermin. All vertical and horizontal bus bar chamnbers are to be properly arranged and all electrical switches, busbars are to be fixed by MS nut-bolts on suitable hylam board / non - hygroscopic insulators of adequate size and dimensions. The outgoing feeder connections from respective switches are to be made at the rear side of the pannel by means of bus-bar/multicore copper cables, to be terminated on bolted type terminals for cable connections or bush insulators for bus connection
7 3.04 It will be powder coated after seven tank pretreatment process.2 Nos copper strip of size as per IS shall be fixed all around the panel and will be connected to 2 nos copper earth bus bar connected to incoming earth conductor.All tests should be made for the complete panel.The following 415 / 230 Volt Open Execution Type switches with fuses & accessories will be fixed in the panel. [ ACB/MCCB/SFU/CO etc. will be as per given Approved Make List. All the other accessories will be as per given Approved Make List and as per manufacurers standard ].

22 4.01 The Enclosure shall provide Degree of protection IP -54 in accordance with IS : 2147 -1962 with its latest ammendment.The body will be fabricated with 3mm thick MS plate, MS angle ( 50X50X6) & MS Flat ( 50X6 ). The Base Plate will be made by 5 mm thick MS Plate. The top of the box will be fitted with a sloping canopy made out of 3 mm thick sheet steel. It will have a set of water proof double hinged door at the front and back with suitable locking arrangement ( Godrej Type ) and provision for manual locking arrangement.
23 4.02 Adequate ventilation by means of louvers with wire mesh shall be provided on both sides and at the top and bottom of both sides of LT pillars.The inside will be painted by 1 coat of Redled / zinc chromate and the outside will be painted by 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over 1 coat of Redled / zinc chromate. A hylam sheet of 10mm thick of suitable size will be fitted for holding the switches and accessories ,that will be supplied and fixed as specified below by making necessary interconnection by required sizes CU wires & Epoxy paintings as per direction of EIC. The following 415 / 230 Volt Cubicle Type switches with fuses & accessories will be fixed in the panel.
24 4.03 It will be installed on a suitable size brick pillar platform with first class brick foundation 60 cm above ground level & 30 cm below ground i/c plastering as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.The following 415 / 230 Volt Cubicle Type switches with fuses & accessories will be fixed in the panel.

121 48 The Bidder must have valid Electrical Contractors License with Electrical Supervisor holding Supervisor competency on the parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 (A) (B), 10,11,12 as per I.E. Rules or equivalent National Supervisors Certificate of competency. The bidder should have the acknowledgement of authentication from Directorate of Electricity, West Bengal in respect of the Supervisor attached with the firm. The contractor shall have scan copy of valid electrical contractor license and valid supervisor competency certificate with proper engagement/appointment letter incl. mentioning time validity
