41 30.02 Outgoing:\na) 400A 415VTPN switch disconnector fuse unit (L&T make cat no.SK95481 / Eq. Siemens/ Schneider) with 3 nos. of din type HRC fuses—3 nos. Necy. electrolytic tinned copper bars of Adequate size on suitable insulation must be provided for outgoing cable connection.
42 30.03 Constructional Details:\nThe panel to be made by 2mm thick CRCA sheet. The cable gland packing should be 2.5mm thick and having required nos. of hole for cable entry. Cable entry provision to be made from bottom of the panel and it should be compartmentalized. The panel surface must be pre-treated through 9 tank treatment process before painting by powder coating paint by electrostatic charging system and again to be dried up through heat chamber at 200 degrees Celsius to keep the paint on panel surface with adequate hardness. Cable chamber in the panel shall be 600mm width along the vertical. The panel shall have suitable size integral and removable lifting lug in required nos. All doors should be hinged type railway type locking arrangement and all opening shall be properly gasketted. The material and design should be approved by EIC before fabrication. 1 Set
43 31 SITC of CPRI approved cubicle type compartmentalised floor mounted LT panel board of suitable size and shape for existing panel room and made of 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel CNC fabricated panel & followed by nine tank pre-treatment of entire enclosure with powder coated finish paint (RAL 7032) having electrolytic tinned copper Bus-bar and following equipment & accessories. Protection rank required of panel is IP-54.

Cable chamber in the panel shall be 600mm width along the vertical and outgoing swich busbar should be extended at cable chamber for outgoing cable connction and required nos of cable chamber to be provided in the panel so that outgoing cable not passes through any other main switch or Bus-bar. The panel shall have suitable size integral and removable lifting lug in required nos with complete base channel. All doors should be hinged type railway type locking arrangement and all opening shall be properly gasketted.
