Manufacture & Supply Rr 6X6 Platform & Accessories To Part Number 510Bd01007 As Per Beml Drawings, Company Standards And Quality Assurance Plans (All Attached) - 200 Nos Of -1 Manufacture & Supply RR 6X6 Platform & Accessories to part number 510BD01007 as per BEML Drawings, Company Standards and Quality Assurance Plans (All attached) 2 All the plates used in the fabrication of RR 6X6 Platform & Accessories are to be processed using CNC Flame cutting/ Laser cutting & CNC bending to maintain aesthetics of the structure. 3 Material test certificate is to be submitted as per the BEML Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). 4 All the structures are to be shot blasted and surface treated as per the BEML Drawing and Standards. All the machined surfaces/ tapped holes are to be coated with rust preventive oil. Firm has to carry out painting as indicated below:- a) Polyurethane Primer Zinc Phosphate (Two Pack) as per IS:13759-1993 (20 Microns) b) Polyurethane Full Gloss Enamel (Two Pack) as per IS:13213- 1991 (60 Microns) c) Colour : Scamic:ISC:294 as per IS: 5-2007 5 02 Nos of RR 6X6 Platform & Accessories are to be offered for BEML inspection in tack weld condition and also after full welding. Clearance is to be obtained from BEML & CQA before dispatch of the same. For further quantities, firm should ensure Quality as per the BEML QAPs on their own. 6 Welding Process Specification (WPS) / Process Qualification Records (PQR) are to be prepared as per ASME SEC IX or AWS D1.1 and are to be approved by BEML QA prior to taking up for production. 7 Bidder should be in a position to supply minimum of 30 Nos of RR 6X6 Platform & Accessories per month. 8 Warranty: The material should be guaranteed for a minimum period of 24 Months from the date of commissioning or 24000 KMs of running whichever is earlier. Defects if any arising out of faulty material, workmanship shall be replaced / rectified by bidder free of cost. 9 Deploy technical personnel to ensure correct fitment of supplied RR 6X6 Platform & Accessories till acceptance of pilot samples.
