6 5.01 Note for item 1 to 5: \n(i) The contractor will ensure suitable repalcement of Electrician/FGM/Pipe fitter /Mate on rest days and Wages for the same deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted against items of M&O. \n(ii) The contractor shall produce details of the persons deplyed by him his skilled/unskilled persons like Name, Aadhar No, Aadhar linked Bank A/c No, Experience certificate EPF No and ESIC No within a week of Acceptance of tender. The work will be commenced only after submission of requisite documents .\n(iii) The contractor shall ensure that his persons always be present in their shift. \n(vi) The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the complete area (i.e. inside boundary wall ) such as building, hard standing, foothpath etc in neat and clean position . All necessary T&P for cutting /cleaning of grass and vegitation will be arranged by contractor without any extra cost. \n(iv) The contractor shall provide uniform, raincoat, protective clothing such as hand gloves, helmet, safety belt, first aid box and shoes etc to all persons on duty and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate of items of M&O here in before. 7 5.02 Note for item 1 to 5: \n(v) The persons deployed by the contractor should have experience of nature of work under this CA.\n(vi) The contractor shall provide log sheet and maintain the the same on daily basis and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate of BOQ here in before.\n(vii) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE PAYMENT TO HIS STAFF EMPLOYED FOR THIS WORK EVERY MONTH, ACCOUNTED FOR, FROM THE DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF THE WORK AND SUBMIT TO THE ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE BANK STATEMENT/INDIVIDUAL’S PASS BOOK, EPF AND ESIC DETAILS AS A PROOF OF PAYMENT. 8 6 Taking down old unserviciable panel / soft starter panel of any size, any capacity and any make including all its components, and removing electrical connections to motors installed at water supply installations. 9 7 Supply, Installation , testing and commissioning of indoor type, weather proof, cubicle panel board made out of 2.10 mm thick CRCA steel sheet mounted on 60 cm long legs made out of 50x50x6 mm equal angle, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 blocks of size 15 x15x15 cm front and back openable, double door openable up to minimum 150 degree & removable type having magnetic catche system, lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated locks, levers and air vent gaskets for natural air flow suitable foamed in PU gasket to make it dust/vermin proof, IP 54 protection, powder coated and prewired as per standard engineering practice, the panel manufacturer should have got any one of the panel tested at CPRI for short circuit current of 35/36 KA for one second and similar design and technology shall be adopted for fabrication of panel copy of CPRI test report shall be produced to GE along with a certificate from manufacturer of the panel that the similar design and standard have followed in these panels complete suitable cable glands for cable entry.The panel shall accommodate the following equipments:- BI01010001010000000000000515BI0100001148 2 Each
