25 25 M&L for Cleaning of RCC overhead reserviour of capacity 2,00,000 gallon at 21 Metre staging by draining out stored water completely cleaning of inner surface of bottom and walls of tank by removing complete accumulated sludge/mud, dirt etc with steel wire brush and finally washing with fresh water two times, disinfecting the reserviour with 2% solution of potassium permanganate, including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint and removing sludge, scale mud etc. complete all as specified and directed. 2 Each Job

Note :- (i) Repair of submersible pump and pump motor shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) T&P shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Transportation of pump set from site to workshop and bringing back at site inclusive in quoted rate. 1 Each Job
45 41 De-assembling of electric motor of 60HP of submersible pump set (Make KSB), cutting and removing the existing burnt winding wire of any gauge, cleaning and making good the slots, rewinding the electric motor with PVC insulated copper wire of appropriate size/gauge, application of insulating material & varnishing including replacing of ball bearings-02 Nos, moisture seal and re-assembling the motor, commissioning & testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge all as specified and directed. 1 Each Job
