( One Operator In Each Shift To Operate ) Shift Timings:- Shift I : 0700 Hrs To 1500 Hrs ( 01 Lift Operator ) Shift Ii : 1500 Hrs To 2300 Hrs ( 01 Lift Operator ) ( A ) Total No Of Skilled Operator Per Day Required To Be Engauged:- Two Operator ( 02 Nos Lift Operator ) Per Day As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge As Per Site Requirement Accordingly The Duty Roaster Which To Be Submitted By The Contractor Before Commencement Of Month . Contractor Shall Employ One Worksman For Each Shift . [Note : Operators May Be Engaged In Any Shift As Per Site Requirement & Shall Be Deployed Accordingly As Per Duty Roaster To Be Submitted By The Contractor Before Commencement Of Every Month . ] , Rate Quoted By Bidder As Stated Under Item No-1 . 00 Towards Basic Wages , Epf Contribution , Esi Contribution , Bonus , Service Charges/ Profit And Overhead Charges And Any Other Taxes , Unforseen Elements , Dresses/Uniform , Registers , Identity Cards , First Aid Box . The Rate Quoted Shall Be Deemed To Be Inclusive Of Wages Of The Reliever . ( Ii ) Lift Is Installed In Coast Guard Residential Area At Kunjathbail . ( Iii ) The Contractor Shall Employ Lift Operators Having Recognised Qualification From Recognised Establishment . , Note: ( B ) ( A ) Lift Operator Shall Perform The Duties Of 8 Hrs Duration From 07:00 To 15:00 & 15:00 To 23:00 Hrs On All Working Days Or As Directed By Engineer -In- Charge ( B ) The Contractor Shall Furnish The Rar / Fb To Engg-In-Charge Alongwith The Following Documents For Payments Failing Which No Payment Will Be Disbursed To The Contractor And Continuous Negligence On These Matter May Reflects Adverse Comments On His Performance Resulting Ban In Future Tender Issue :- ( I ) Attendance Register In Original Duly Signed By The Engaged Staff , Contractor , Ao/Os Of The Respective Office And Engineer-In-Charge . ( Ii ) Wages Register Duly Signed By The Engineer-In-Charge . ( Iii ) Proof Of Aadhar Linked Payments Of Monthly Wages And Bonus In The Form Of Bank Slips / Attested Copies Of Individual Pass Books Duly Signed By Engg-In-Charge . ( Iv ) Proof Of Deposit Of Provident Fund ( Epf ) And Esic Contribution To The Respective Authority Duly Signed By Contracts And Engg-In-Charge . ( V ) Details Of Workmen Worked Duly Entered In Mb Month Wise Duly Sign By Contractor Engg-In Charge . , Notes: ( C ) 1 . Daily Maintenance All As Per Manufacturers Instruction Including Minor Repairs , Greasing , Lubrications , Replacement Of Gland Ropes Etc , Including Area Cleaning , Cutting Of Grass From The Roots And Keeping The Premises In Hygeine Condition Shall Be Included In The Rate Quoted . The Unit Rate Quoted Against Item Shall Deemed To Inclusive Of The Cost Of Items ( Green , Cottons Cloths Etc ) Required For Daily Maintenance Of Minor Nature And Any Repair To The Lift Electrical Equipments System 2 . Log Sheet Showing Daily Running Hours Of Operation Carried Out I . E Shall Be Maintained By The Contractor In Their Installations And Same Will Be Checked By The Engr-In-Charge Periodically And Daily By Je . All Log Sheets / Attendance Register/ Maintenance Register Duly Signed By Operator And Contractor Shall Be Produced For Verification , Notes: ( D ) 1 . Skilled : The Operating Staff Employed Should Possess The Qualification Of Iti Or Higher With Minimum Three Year Experience In Electrical Trade/Lift Mechanic . The Electrician Should Be Through In Electrical Work And Should Have Knowledge About Lift Operating System . 2 . In Case Any Staff Found Absent During The Surprise Check The Recovery Of The Contractor Will Be Made Double Of The Quoted Rate Of Each Shift In Addition To Disallowing Payment For The Period Of Absent . 3 . The Rates Quoted Is Inclusive For Attending All Complaints Of Lift Operation With Liaison With Engineer-In-Charge . 4 . The Rate Quoted Is Deemed To Include The Cost Towards Uniform For The Staff Employed For Wearing During The Working Hours . The Uniform Shall Be Pants , Shirts & Shoes And The Pattern Of The Uniform Shall Be Decided By Engineer-In-Charge . , Notes: ( E ) 1 .
