Wherever Required As Per Specifications Mentioned In Item No 1 Of Unpriced Schedule Of Quantities Of Part I Of The Tender Document. Applying External Waterproof Plaster Using Ready Mix Polymer Cement Mortar Plaster Of Approved Make As Specified In Item No 2 Of Unpriced Schedule Of Quantities Of Part I Of The Tender Document. Checking The Entire Terrace Horizontal Top Surface By Tapping With Light Hammer And If Found Sounding Hollow Same Surface Shall Be Identified And Carefully Removed Upto Top Of Brick Bat Coba Using Light Hammer Chiselling Manually, Making Good The Dismantled Portion By Providing And Laying Ready Mixed Cement Plaster Of Required Thickness Matching To The Surrounding Surface, Mortar Shall Be Laid Over The Approved Bond Coat On Exposed Brick Bat Coba And Finishing The Top With Smooth Cement Float Finish. Providing And Carrying Out Water Proofing Works For Terrace Horizontal Surfaces With Elastomeric Waterproof Coating Of Approved Make Comprising The Specifications In Item No 4 Of Unpriced Schedule Of Quantities Of Part I Of The Tender Document Providing And Carrying Out Water Proofing Works For Parapet And Head Room Vertical Walls With Flexible Waterproof Basecoat + Wp Paint Coating Comprising The Specifications In Item No 5 Of Unpriced Schedule Of Quantities Of Part I Of The Tender Document
