2 1.1 (a) Rating plate and terminal marking plate.\n(b) Two earthing terminal for body earthing and two additional for neutral brought out on a bushing.\n(c) Lifting lugs.\n(d) Drain valve with plug or cover plate.\n(e) Dehydrating breather.\n(f) Oil level indicator with minimum and maximum marking.\n(g) Cooling radiator.\n(h) Thermometer pocket.\n(j) Conservator.\n(k) Oil filling hole with cover.\n(l) Thermometer 100mm dial/stem type with metal guard having maximum temperature indication with resetting.\n(m) Silica gel breather duly filled with silica Gel.\n(n) Plain breathing device which would not permit ingress of rain water & incsects.\n(o) High voltage / low voltage bushing with box.\n(p) Control cable for connection of buchholtz relay as per manufacturer's recommendation.\n(q) Any other fittings as recommended by the manufacturer of efficient functioning of the transformer.\n item2
3 1.2 Notes:- \n(i) The cost of platform/foundation as per manufacturer’s recommendation shall be included in the quoted rates and the drawing of the foundation shall be got approved by GE before construction.\n(ii) The transformer shall be of latest star rated and energy conservation (Energy conservation Binary Corps) for which necessary test certificate of manufacturer shall be produced by the contractor.\n(iii) Transformer manufacturer shall be in possession of licence from bureau of Indian standard. \n(iv) The fitting & accessories of the transformer shall be conforming to is 3639 : 1996.\n(v) The transformer shall be tested as per IS for all routine tests in the factory premises in the presence of rep of Accepting Officer on the receipt of request from the contractor in addition to routine tests . The transformer shall be tested for 10% over load at factory premises for minimum 01 hour after full load cycle of 08 hours. \n(vi) The Transformer shall be tested by SEI/EI/AEI beore commissing.\n(vii) All necessary arrangements i.e. co-ordination with the manufacturer & testing officer, arranging equipments and material to facilitate testing at the manufacturer’s premises etc. shall be borne by the contractor.\n(viii) One transformer shall be installed at Site-II and another one at Site-IV as directed by Engineer-in-charge. item3
4 2 Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT XLPE electric cable, 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty, PVC insulated and sheathed armoured electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor, of cross sectional area 240 sqmm 3.5 core conforming to IS- 7098 (Part I) 1988 as in trenches or along the wall/pole through pipe etc, complete all as specified and directed. \n\n item4 75 RM
5 3 Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT XLPE electric cable, 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty, PVC insulated and sheathed armoured electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor, of cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3.5 core conforming to IS- 7098 (Part I) 1988 as in trenches or along the wall/pole through pipe etc, complete all as specified and directed. \n\n item5 275 RM

8 6 Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning HT XLPE cable (heavy duty), 11000 volts (earthed), cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, insulated, screened, sound compacted aluminium conductor, screening with extruded semi conducting layers, insulation screening with copper tape covers laid up with PVC (ST-2), extruded inner sheathed GI strip armoured PVC (ST-2) out sheathed, ISI marked with IS-7098 Part II with amendment, laid in trenches /pipes /ducts /along poles/ walls/ equipment etc complete all as specified and directed. \nNOTES: \n(i) Cable shall be of manufacturing date not earlier than Jan 2021. All the cable shall be embossed with year of manufacturing, meterage at every metre, in addition to its own standard markings as per IS i.e. Size, voltage etc. \n(ii) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, protection pipes, end termination joints & protection covers shall be measured and paid separately. \n(iii) No straight through joint shall be permitted in less than single drum length. \n(iv) The contractor shall produce original purchase vouchers duly machine numbered alongwith excise duty gate pass of factory for verification and record. \n(v) Cable shall also be tested in the presence of Rep of Accepting officer at factory premises prior to despatch and also after laying in the trenches & before returning filling in the trenches.\n item8 100 RM
