3 2 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3 phase 50Hz, 11KV VCB 800 Amp. (OUTGOING) indoor type for Indoor sub Stations. The VCB should be floor mounted trolley type horizontal isolation, horizontal draw out, type breaker as per IEC-62271-100 & panel as per IEC- 6227I-200, as amended up to date.. The panel shall be compartmentalized consisting of Bus bars compartment, Breaker compartment, Cable and CT compartment, LV compartment for Relays, indications and controls. Each compartment shall be segregated from other by metallic partition. The shutters shall also be metallic for safety of operation staff.\nEach of the VCB, Bus bar and Cable compartment shall have separate pressure relief device at top to exhaust arc energy in case of an arc in panel. Thus making the panel compliance to Internal Arc Class. The Panel Should comprises of following Points asper DNIT Item No.2.
4 2.01 800Amp VCB Panel as outgoing NSR1 2 nos.
5 3 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3 phase, 50Hz, 11KV VCB 800Amp. (INCOMER) indoor type for Indoor sub Stations. The VCB should be floor mounted trolley type horizontal isolation, horizontal draw out, type breaker confirming to IEC-62271-100 & panel as per IEC- 6227I-200, & IEC-60694 as amended up to date. The panel shall be compartmentalized consisting of Bus bars compartment, Breaker compartment, Cable and CT compartment, LV compartment for Relays, indications and controls. Each compartment shall be segregated from other by metallic partition. The shutters shall also be metallic for safety of operation staff.\nEach of the VCB, Bus bar and Cable compartment shall have separate pressure relief device at top to exhaust arc energy in case of an arc in panel. The Panel Should comprises of following Points as per DNIT Item No.3.
6 3.01 800Amp VCB Panel as Incomer NSR2 1 nos.
7 4 Supply and erection of HT XLPE insulated armoured power cable stranded aluminum conductor sheathed with extruded semi-conducting compound cross linked polyethylene insulated laid up inner sheathed of extruded PVC single layer of galvanized steel wire armoured and PVC sheathed over all suitable for 11 KV (earthed) cable to IS: 7098 (Part-ii) 1985 with up to date amendments and laying in the existing cable trey/ RCC pipe cable duct/ sand & brick for underground after the digging the trench. The XLPE cable shall be of Polycab / Havells / R.R. Cables make only.
8 4.01 Size 50 sq. mm 3 core NSR3 50 mtr.
9 5 S/E/T/C of stationery battery charger set comprising of 2 nos. 12 volts 100 AH mtc free batteries of make Exide/ Amara Raja duly houses in cabinet of size 36”x24”18” made of 14 gauge CRCE sheet having 4 nos. legs of 8” length made of MS angle of size 50x50x6mm. The complete cabinet inner and outer side is powder coated of gray paint. The cabinet should have one open able door on front side with locking arrangement complete in all respect.
10 5.01 The battery charger should be suitable for boost mode and trickle mode with display of input and output voltage and current.
11 5.02 Suitable miniature circuit breaker shall be provided for protection at input supply and output of the battery charger. NSR4 1 nos.
12 6 S/E rubber mat of size 6’x3’x 12 mm thick (ISI mark) Wide of superior quality and of approved make as approved by the Engineer –in- Charger /EC to be laid on floor in HT room in Front of panels and transformers. NSR5 6 nos.
13 7 S/E of 4 nos. sand buckets of 10 ltr. Capacity each made out of 24 Gauge G.I sheet. The buckets with sand shall be hanged on Suitable size of angle iron stand fabricated out of 1 ¼ x 1 ¼ x1/8” angle iron having hooks for hanging the buckets in two rows. The job includes the cost of painting with two coats of red paint of superior quality after one coat of primer on buckets and stands to complete the job up to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer–in–charge. NSR6 1 nos.
