7	70	EXCLUSIONS: The rates for the following items shall be exclusive of concrete / PCC breaking, earth work removal, blinding & deblinding, radiography, stress relieving, reinforcement pad welding, earth back filling, removal of old piping for replacement.
8	80	INCLUSIONS: The rates for the following items shall be inclusive of fabrication, laying, erection, welding, flushing of the piping system, offering stagewise inspection, hydrotesting and draining / drying of the piping system and Coating & Wrapping/Tape coating, guide or slide supports welding between main pipe and sleeve pipe, pads and shoes wherever required.Contractor shall carryout tape coating as per specification 6-79-0011 and offer for inspection and testing at every stage.
