Supply And Serving Of Tea Etc . In Conference Room In 2X250 Mw Htps , Kasimpur , Aligarh , ( U . P . ) -1 Catering services for serving of tea, drinking water and other fooding material etc. during meeting at various times in conference room in service building 2X250 MW as per direction of E/I. 2 Supply of tea during meeting at various times in conference room in service building 2X250 MW including material such as nestle made small milk pouch, dip tea (Taj), sugar cubes, cup plate, tray, glass, cleaning powder etc. compete required for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I. 3 Supply of Coffee during meeting at various times in conference room prepared by milk with coffee powder with help of coffee machine. Coffee machine is in the scope of the contractor. 4 Supply of Green tea of Lipton or any other approved brand 5 Supply of Water bottle of one liter capacity of brand Bisleri/King Fisher or approved by E/I. at the time of VIP’s visit including cost of material, Crockery etc. complete sample/brand of all the items shall be approved by E/I before supply, otherwise cost of material will not be paid. 6 Supply of Water bottle of 250 m.l.capacity of brand Bisleri/King Fisher or approved by E/I. at the time of VIP’s visit including cost of material, Crockery etc. complete sample/brand of all the items shall be approved by E/I before supply, otherwise cost of material will not be paid. 7 Supply of Cold drink bottle such as Pepsi, Fanta, Limica, or equivalent of capacity 2 Ltr. With plastic glasses of 100 ml. at the time of VIP’s visit including cost of material, Crockery etc. complete sample/brand of all the items shall be approved by E/I before supply, otherwise cost of material will not be paid. 8 Supply of Biscuit of 200gm wt. of best Quality as approved quality at the time of VIP’s visit including cost of material, Crockery etc. complete sample/brand of all the items shall be approved by E/I before supply, otherwise cost of material will not be paid. 9 Supply of Namkeen Biscuit of approved quality of 200 gm pack at the time of VIP’s visit including cost of material, Crockery etc. complete sample/brand of all the items shall be approved by E/I before supply, otherwise cost of material will not be paid. 10 Supply of laddo of approved quality from Aligarh Market at the time of VIP’s visit including cost of material, Crockery etc. complete sample/brand of all the items shall be approved by E/I before supply, otherwise cost of material will not be paid. 11 Supply of Kaju Barfi of approved quality from Aligarh Market at the time of VIP’s visit including cost of material, Crockery etc. complete sample/brand of all the items shall be approved by E/I before supply, otherwise cost of material will not be paid. 12 Supply of Dal Mot Namkeen prepared by Deshi Ghee from Aligarh Market at the time of VIP’s visit including cost of material, Crockery etc. complete sample/brand of all the items shall be approved by E/I before supply, otherwise cost of material will not be paid. 13 Supply of Salted fry Kaju from Aligarh Market (Kaju fried in Deshi Ghee) at the time of VIP’s visit including cost of material, Crockery etc. complete sample/brand of all the items shall be approved by E/I before supply, otherwise cost of material will not be paid. 14 Servicing of RO water filter complete including replacing of damaged part etc. complete. 15 Supply of good quality goldline tea cup with saucer 16 Supply of good quality coffee mug 17 Supply of good quality borosil glasses (Flat bottom) 18 Supply of good quality steel tea spoons 19 Supply of good quality white towel full size (Bombay Dyeing/Raymond make) 20 Supply of good quality ceramic serving plates (Full Size). 21 Supply of good quality steel service tray 22 Repairing of water Cooler replacement of compressor and other necessary parts as required. 23 Provding real juice tetra pack 24 Providing extra man power on special events/meetings in confernce room 25 Repairing of geyser including replacement of element.
