The First Class Brick Wall Work Shall Be 9” Thick In Ratio 1:4 [ Cement And Sand ] . The Hollow Portion Among The Wall Shall Be Filled Up With The Brick Ballast Properly Hammered And Rammeredas Per Direction Of Supervising Engineer. Strip Of 24X5 Mm Size All Around The Frame And Drilling 9 Mm Holes Inside Of Frames At A Distance Of 300 Mm For Jointing Of Frame With The Help Of Bolts And Nuts Including The Cost Of All Required Material The Width Of Panal May Vary As Per Site Conditions. 21 9 Construction of plinth of size 5’x6’x5’ for the installation of 250/400 KVA distribution transformers. The size of plinth shall be of 4’ above the ground level. At the bottom there shall be brick ballast pad of size 5x6’x3” thick in ratio 1:3:6 [Cement, sand and brick ballast]. The first class brick wall work shall be 9” thick in ratio 1:4 [Cement and sand]. The hollow portion among the wall shall be filled up with the brick ballast properly hammered and rammeredas per direction of supervising engineer. On the top of the well there shall be 12 mm thick iron rod at distance of 9’’ and RCC work in ratio 1:3:6 [Cement, Sand and grit stone] There shall be plastering all over the plinth 12 mm thick in ratio 1:4 [Cement and sand] above the ground level. Proper watering and curing of the plinth shall be carried out as per direction of supervising engineer., and also including the cost of arrangement of labourer, T&P etc required for proper completion of work. 1 Nos
22 10 Fencing of 250/400 KVA T/Fs as per following specifications-
23 10.01 Fabrication of 50x50x6 mmsize MS angle frame of size 900x1500 mm, alongwith450 mm long angle for grouting the frame and fixing of 2”x1.5”, 10 SWG welded wire mesh with M.S. strip of 24x5 mm size all around the frame and drilling 9 mm holes inside of frames at a distance of 300 mm for jointing of frame with the help of bolts and nuts including the cost of all required material the width of panal may vary as per site conditions.\na- Grouting and fixing of angle iron frames in ratio 1:2:4 (cement coarse sand and stone ballast) in the pocket of 150x150 mm all round the plinth and bolting of frames with 25x8 mm size bolts and nuts.\nb- Making main gate in front of the plinth of size 3000x2400 mm by making two leaves of size 3000x1200 mm size and grouting the same in ratio and method mentioned as item (B) above fixing with hinges with dandles for locking system.\nc- Painting of entire wire mess angle iron etc, with bus green super enameled pain to two coats on the primer two coats of red oxide 32 RFT
24 11 Chemical earthing of neutral and body of 250/400 KVA power transformers installed at substation, by inserting of 50 mm dia GI pipe having 25 mm GI CHEMICAL filled pipe in between (Pipe in pipe) ISI marked B grade connecting with galvanized MS flat of size 50x6 mm with body of transformers to above pipe in pipe (PIP) and filling of chemical crystalline conductive mixture containing highly conductive mixture around the (PIP) up to 3 meters including making of chamber at the top of earthing complete in all respect as per following technical details.
