Contractor has to produce valid and aithentic documents in support of contribution of EPF, ESIC as a proof of paymeny made during claiming of RAR/Bill (ii) If the quoted rate works out/found lower than the corresponding prevailing minimum rate of wages/contribution towards EPF, ESIC and LWC the same shall be treated as non bonafide and such bid shall not be considered for Acceptance.
