3 1.02 (q) Automatic hand ironed capacity 18 lbs, element of 1.2 KW with sponged ironing table - 07 Nos.\n(r) All electric controls, incoming/ outgoing MCCB's / MCB's / DB's and VFD, PLC, Touch screen & Control digital microprocess system of mech laundry plant & boilers shall also be maintained & operated by the contractor.\nNote:- FGM or Technician employed by the contractor shall also maintain log sheets/ breakdown details register etc for Mechanical Laundary plants & Contractor shall provide the log sheet and register or any other thing as required for operation & mainatanace of work wihout any extra cost to Govt.
4 2 Manning & Operation of Commercial RO plants Capacity -500 LPH comprising of the components as detailed below, including monitoring of pump sets, drinking water, its periodical maintenance i.e, tightening and replacing the gland packing, greasing, oiling of pump and motors, to check electric connections, control panels including maintanance & minor repair of the following RO/ drinking, drain and RAW water distribution valves, water supply inlet/outlet and RO/Drain pipe line including all inlet/outlet control valves and to check and inspect all commercial RO plant controls in two shifts of 8 Hrs i.e, 0600hrs to 1400hrs & 1400hrs to 2200hrs by deploying 02 FGM per shift per day (i.e total 04 FGM per day) including Saturday, Sunday & Holidays complete all as specified and as directed:- 11 Per Month

6 3 Manning and operation of central air conditioning plant of Main chillier of capacity 3 X 75 TR, round the clock, in 03 shifts of 8 Hrs including Saturday, Sunday & Holidays with one operator in each shifts per day (Total 03 Operators per day) for operation of compressor with motors, condenser and chillier pumps with motor, AHU with motor, cooling tower with motor , electric control panel including valves, gauges as installed complete and to maintain inside desired condition of temp i.e. 22 ± 2 degree C and humidity 50% ± 10% and carry out general cleanness, routine maintenance, attending all nature of breakdown/complaint, Supply and maintaining log sheet with other connected documents complete all as specified and as directed. \nShift timings:- Shift- I 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs, Shift-II 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs, Shift-III 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs. 6 Per Month
7 4 Manning and operation of Central Air Conditioning plant with water cooled chiller unit at Main OT central AC plant of Capacity 3X 60 TR, round the clock, in 03 Shifts of 8 Hrs including Saturday, Sunday & Holidays with One Operator in each shift per day (Total 03 Operators per day) for operation of compressor with motors, condenser with motor, AHU with motor, cooling tower with motor, chiller and condenser pumps and motors ,electric control panel including valves, gauges as installed complete, and to maintain inside desired condition of temp i.e. 22 ± 2 degree C and humidity 50% ± 10% and carry out general cleanness, routine maintenance, attending all nature of breakdown/ complaint, Supply and maintaining log sheet with other connected documents complete all as specified and as directed. \nShift timings:- Shift- I 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs, Shift-II 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs, Shift-III 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs. 6 Per Month
8 4.01 Notes for Item Nos 1.00 to 4.00:-\n(i) The estimated cost of the work in respect of BOQ Sr item Nos 1.00 to 4.00 (as based on minimum wages rates issued vide Central/ State) is Rs 41,61,000.00. If the quoted amount is found less than the estimated cost of Sr item Nos 1.00 to 4.00 of BOQ and tender of lowest bidder is considered for acceptance, to ensure compliance of payment of Minimum labour wages to labours/workers/Technicions/ by the contractor, the lowest bidder shall have to deposit FDR in favour of Accepting officer for the difference in estimated cost and Accepted amount in respect of BOQ Srl item Nos 1.00 to 4.00 within 30 days from date of acceptance. In case the said FDR is not submitted within 30 days, the amount in question shall be recovered from contractor’s first or subsequent RAR/Final bill, whichever is earlier. However the FDR/recovered amount shall be released to the contractor after satisfactory completion of work. \n(ii) The Operator shall be ITI qualified in concerned trade & shall have minimum 05 years experience in manning & operation of installations. \n(iii) Contractor shall submit the nominal roll and qualification certificate of operator with in 15 days of acceptance. After that period a sum of Rs. 500/- per shift per installation shall be recovered. \n(iv) The staff deployed shall not leave the installation under any circumstances before handing over to Next shift duty operator otherwise penalty @ Rs. 1000/- per shift per day shall be recovered from the contractor. \n(v) Contractor shall ensure attendance of all Operator/ FGM shift wise and Suitable Reliever shall be provided during off shift operator if any operator found absent from duty a sum of Rs. 1000/- per shift shall be recovered. Any damage or loss on this account shall bear by the contractor.
9 4.02 Notes for Item Nos 1.00 to 4.00 (Contd...)\n(vi) Contractor shall submit the payment proof i.e. passbook of bank account/Bank statement at the time of submission of RAR.\n(vii) The payment of contractor's employee shall be made through nationalized bank account of individual and the proof of transaction and the contractor shall submit the same with bank account pass book of employees and own Bank account statement within 15 days of acceptance otherwise a recovery shall be made a sum of Rs 200/- per shift per employee from the contractor's dues. \n(viii) Police Verification of the employees shall be provided by the contractor.\n(ix) Contractor shall arrange their staff to run the installation in Saturday, Sunday/Public Holiday. \n(x) Sufficient T&P shall be arranged and kept in installation. \n(xi) Shift shall be of 08 hours starting from 0600 to 1400 hrs, 1400 to 2200 hrs and 2200 to 0600 hrs. \n(xii) Contractor shall be responsible for watch and ward of installation round the clock 24 hours. Any loss of damage to the plant equipment installed and Govt. property in the E/M installation premises shall be made good / born by the Contractor. Rate quoted by the Contractor shall deemed to be included on above Schedule.\n(xiii) All operator shall wear proper uniform, failing which a recovery of Rs 500/- per shift shall be recovered. \n(xiv) One Operator/ FGM shall perform only one shift of 08 hours in a day. If the same Operator/ FGM found in other shift, a recovery of Rs 500/- per day shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. \n(xv) The above work may be carried out at any installation under GE E/M Base Hospital as directed.
