    Supply Of Data Entry Operators For Nsry Kochi , A ) The Deos Should Work At Nsry , Kochi . , B ) The Deos Should Be Graduate In Any Discipline With Experience . , C ) The Selection Of The Deos Will Be Done By Nsry Officers . , D ) The Working Hours Of The Nsry Should Be Followed ( 08Hours/Day ) . , E ) Additional Hours Worked Beyond Normal Working Hours Is To Be Availed As Compensatory Off With Prior Permission From Controlling Officers . No Ot Claim In This Regard Will Be Allowed . , F ) Consistency In Deployment Of Deos To Be Ensured Throughout The Contract Period . , G ) The Vendor Shall Submit The Bills For The Man Days Supplied Every Month Duly Signed By The Regulating Nsry Officer , Which Will Be Paid In A Months Time . , H ) The Bills To The Vendor Will Only Be Paid After Submitting The Proof Of Epf/Esi Remittances And The Wages Payment To The Deos . , I ) Entry Card And The Id Cards For The Deos Shall Be Arranged By The Vendor . , J ) All The Applicable Statutory Rules Of The Local Govt / Central Gove To Be Followed To This Contract ( Epf/Esi/Workman Compensation Act Etc . , ) . , K ) If Any Disputes Arise Between The Deos And The Vendor On Payment Terms Hsl/Nsry Is Not Responsible . , L ) If Any Injury / Accident Occur To The Deos While In Duty Hours ( Within Premises Of Nsry ) , The Vendor Is To Take Care Of Such Incidents , And No Claim Whatsoever In This Regard Will Be Entertained By Hsl . , M ) Tenderers Should Submit Documents Regarding Copies Of Man Power Supply To Nsry ( Kochi ) , Copies Of Registration With Nsry ( Kochi ) .
