91 91 NOTE FOR ABOVE WORK:- \nNote 1:- The contractor or his represantative will report in complaint cell with one plumber, carpenter and helper to receive the complaints in the morning by 0900hrs with necessary daily stores as required to attend day to day complaints. \nNote.2 :- The contract will be made operational for 06 months. \nNote.3 :- The complaints should be attended /competed within 48 hours after receiving the complaint slip failing which a penalty of Rs. 500/- will be recovered for each complaint from the contractor payment. \nNote No 4 :- The cost of plumber & carpenter should be deemed to be included in the item rates quoted by the contractor. Nothing will be paid extra for hiring the skilled labour.
