    consultancy for preparation of consultancy for preparation of architectural and structural design and drawings and estimates for the provn of 600 kva power water supply , storm drain / sewage and covered vehicle parking at btc for nfs node . , ( a ) preparation of complete architectural drawings ( to iinclude site plans , roof plan , elevation of all sites , sections , connected detailed working drgs to include detailed schematic diagram of elect sup , schedule of finishes , any other details which are part of the bldgs drgs etc ) . for provn of 600 kva power supply , storm drain / sewage and covered veh parking at btc for nfs node . note: - 10 sets of drawings in hard copy and soft copy in cd shall be submitted . ( b ) preparation of strucural design & drawings ( to include footing / fdn , columns , plinth beams , roof / floor beams , lintel beams , roof / floor slabs , chajjas etc . and all connected drgs / details which are part of structural drgs ) incl vetting of drgs from iit / nit / govt engg college approved by cwe for provn of 600 kva power supply , storm drain / sewage and covered veh parking at btc for nfs node . note: - 10 sets of drawings in hard copy and soft copy in cd shall be submitted . ( c ) preparation and submission of detailed estimates of building including market analysis and preparation of yardstick as per ssr in hard / soft copy ( 04 copies ) . amt of bldg at par pa rates = rs amt for estimate @ 0 . 20% of bldg cost works out to rs 11 , 133 . 23 .
