Annual Maintenance Contract For Computer And Printer Of Ge ( Af ) Bareilly , Annual Maintenance Contract For Following Items :- ( A ) Computers Of Varied Configuration & Make And Nos As Under For One Year :- Pc , Make Hp - 08 Nos Pc , Make Acer - 08 Nos Printer , Make Hp - 16 Nos Note :- ( I ) The Above Amc Do Not Include Any Hardware & Consumble Reqired For Maint ( Above 100 Rupees ) . ( B ) Installation Of Geniune Antivirus Software ( Make Quick Heal Total Security ) For One Year For 16 Nos Of Computers Of Existing Software And Updated Time To Time ( Pack Of 03 Antivirus ) . ( C ) All Minor Spares Like Bios , Varriage , Bush , Switch , Cable . Fues Etc . Shall Be Provided By Supplier Without Charge Any Cost . ( Less Than 100 Rupees ) . , ( A ) . Consignee Instructions:- ( I ) . The Subject Work Will Be Carried Out At Ge ( Af ) Bareilly . ( Ii ) . Service Engineer / Rep Of Your Firm Will Visit Three Days In A Week , To This Office , For Checking / Servicing Of Computers . In Addition To It , In Case Of Any Emergent Requirement , The Rep Shall Visit On Same Day . ( Iii ) . In Case Of Not Attending The Complaint Regarding Computer / Printer Within 24Hrs , A Sum Of Rs-250 / - Per Day For Computer & Rs-150 / - Per Day For Printer Will Be Deducted From Your Payment . ( Iv ) . In Case Of Unsatisfactory Services , The Contract Shall Be Liable For Cancellation With 02 Week Notice In Advance , By The Department & The Firm Shall Have No Right What So Ever In This Regard . ( V ) . Servicing Of Each Equipment Will Be Carried Out Once In A Month , Irrespective Of Whether Complaints Received Or Not . ( Vi ) . Records Of All Entries Shall Be Entered By Your Rep In The Register Kept With Custodian Of E-1 ( Sty ) Section / Office Supdt Of This Office . The Same Will Be Monitored By Bso ( Af ) Izatnagar . , ( B ) . Consignee Instructions:- ( I ) . Payment Will Be Made On Qtly Basis , After Completion & Entire Satisfaction Of Engr In Charge . ( Ii ) . Prescribed Pre-Receipt Bill In Triplicate & Duly Affixing 1 Rupee Revenue Stamp Will Be Submitted To The Paying Authorities . ( Iii ) . Original Copy Of Order Will Be Attached With The Bill . ( Iv ) . Payment Will Be Made Through A / C Payee Cheque Only . ( V ) . Payment Will Be Made By Ge ( Af ) Bareilly Only . , Note :- 1 .
