The expenditure limit for consumption of such item has been given below:\n \nNOTE:\nThe maximum consumption limit for cooking gas is 180 nos. upto a maximum expenditure limit of Rs. 3,06,000/- for twelve (12) months period. \n\n\n | |||

33 | 10 | The contractor has to execute various other jobs under the scope of guest house such as repair/replacement/purchase of televisions, repair/replacement/purchase of instruments/machines related to smooth operation of television/cable /internet connection/electrical appliances/ electronic appliances etc. whatsoever all as required, cost for beautification, arrangement of any programme etc. & all other various miscellaneous job/purchase as & when required for smooth & uninterrupted operation of STPS Guest House during normal condition as well as in emergency situation too. This instant service/supply of materials (as the actual case may be) shall be provided by the contractor with a FIXED EXPENDITURE LIMIT of Rs.8,00,000/-(Rupees eight Lakh) only for the entire contractual period. The payment to be made only at actual cost basis without incurring any profit/overhead on that only after completion of the job and submission of proper bills, Challan etc duly signed by the contractor. \nThese shall be executed as per requirement of department (HR&A) as and when required basis which have to be completed immediately for the benefit & interest of the smooth & uninterrupted operation of STPS Guest House.\n\n\n |
