84 23.01 Removing of unserviceable plywood from Bed Hard, tightening of all loose components of complete Bed Hard including electric welding where required such as broken/loose mild steel long rails, short rails, legs, stiffeners, head rest, foot rest, cleats, etc by continuous welding around the broken joints and supply and fixing 12mm thick Plywood, 7 Ply, commercial type, BWR, exterior grade (water proof), ISI marked, of size 1980 mm x 900 mm in single piece fixed on top of Bed Hard, plywood top fixed with and including mild steel galvanized iron nuts & bolts of size 70mm long x 6mm dia (Nos of bolts to be provided - 12 Nos) with GI washers of suitable size (Heavy weight) in sufficient numbers on top of bolts to maintain the plywood top in true leveled position and one GI washer on underside of each bolt for proper tightening of bolt, embossing word "MES” with height of letters 10cm on four corners of the plywood top with thick black synthetic enamel paint, including painting to complete Bed Hard with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Black) by spray machine after preparation of steel surfaces and providing new hard rubber shoes at the bottom of all legs after removing of old shoes, complete all as specified, shown on drawings and as directed.\nNotes :- (i) The above mentioned size of plywood is firm and no tolerance in size, thickness etc shall be accepted.
