If contractor fails to provide boom lift by stipulated date, then panel recovery of Rs. 3000.00 per day for the delayed period shall be effected from contractor due payment.\n(ii) Daily log sheets shall be maintained (which is mandatory requirement) for use of boom lift mentioning daily output. Log sheets shall be signed by contractor. JE concerned , Engineer-in-Charge and users.\n(iii) If the boom lift found kept ideal/ standby due to site condition /security reasons during the period, then only 50% of the quoted rate shall be payable to the contractor as standby charges and no other claim of contractor on this account shall be entertained.\n(iv) Contractor is required to submit documentary evidance for arrival/ returining back of boom lift (Work order site) while submitting his RAR /Final bill for payment. | 45 | EACH JOB |
