| 1 | Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of non-pressurized Solar Water Heating System along with connections for 04 Locations as per the fwg:-\n(i) Installation of Solar Systems must be done in configuration of 500LPD x 02 resultant output of 1000 LPD for better load distribution and maximum benefit of sunlight.\n(ii) Rated Capacity of Tata Solar Water must be minimum : 1000 LPD for each location.\n(iii) Water Tank to be made of triple layer system with 2.5 mm thick GI Inner linning and pre-coated GI sheet 0.5mm thick for outer cladding with sandwich filling of 50mm thick PUF for insulation and heat retention.\n(iv) Solar water Evacuator Tube Collectors be made of 1.6 mm Borosilicate 3 Layer system.\n(v) System must be connected with backup water heater of 3KW with thermostat.\n(vi) All support and mounting structures to be made of powder coated mild steel sections only.\n(vii) Re-Location and mounting of existing water tank with necessary height arrangements including MS structure for maintaining requisite water pressure along with necessary plumbing connections in ISI grade CPVC piping is covered under the scope.\n(viii) Water connections from solar water system to bathroom must be done over wall fitted CPVC pipe having service temperature support of upto 93oC and provision of maximum 05 pts with SITC of chrome finish Brass bib tap in each location/bathroom as per site.\n(ix) Requisite electrical connections for backup water heating system to be used in days of limited sunlight be done with external mounted casing with provisioning of 16A switch and 03 core ISI grade copper insulated cabling | Item 1 | 4 | Set |
