5 | 4.1 | Notes for Serial item No 1 to 4 :- (i) Minor repair includes all the periodical preventive maintenance such as greasing, oiling, tightening of nuts and bolts of DG sets / Incinerator and tightening of loose connections in starters and panels and replacing thimbles, rubber coupling etc.\n(ii) The contractor shall carryout the periodical maintenance every 30 days as per SOP and as directed by Engineer-in-charge and shall make a record of the same. The contractor shall prepare daily check sheet and log sheet and same shall be held at all the installations and. The log sheet shall be verified by the JE E/M and shall be produced to Engineer-in-charge.\n(iii) Contractor shall collect “DHPP(N) Fuel” from MES store yard or from collection point as decided by Engineer-in-charge. Vehicle for the transportation of “DHPP (N) Fuel” from MES store yard or from collection point up to installations shall be provided by the Department free of cost to the contractor.\n(iv) All installations shall be kept neat and clean all the time. \n(v) First Aid Box with basic medicines to be kept in main installation by the contractor. | |||
