As Required , Labour Charges For Solving Leakage Problem If Any , Wrong Side Leakage Of Condenser , Coiling Coil , Repairing Of Damage Parts And Replacement Of Spare Parts For Throughout The Year . For Smooth Running Of Units At Vpci . ( I ) Ac Mechanic- 03 No . For 9Am To 6Pm , ( Ii ) Helper- 03 No . For 9Am To 6Pm , For The Period Of March 2020 To October 2020 And For The Period Of November 2020 To February 2021 Complaint Will Be Attended By Agency As Per Requirement Basis . The Agency Will Deploy Staff In Three Separate Technical Teams ( Each Team Consisting Of One Technician And One Helper ) One Team Each For Main Building , Multi Story Building And Vch In The Institute During Peak Season ( March 2020 To October 2020 ) To Attend Complaints Etc . From 9 . 00 A . M . To 6 . 00 P . M . On All Working Days The Teams Of Technicians And Helpers Should Be Available In The Institute During The Period . ( B ) The Required Spare-Parts Will Be Provide By The Institute ( Viz:- Compressors , Fan Motors , Blower Motors , Running Capacitor , Starting Capacitor , Gas Charging Valve Set , Fan Blade , Air Blower , Swing Motor , Front Grill , Copper Pipe , Copper Pipe Foam , Condenser Coil , Cooling Coil , Etc . ) , Supplying & Charging Of Air Coolant Gas In The Split/ Window/Vertical And Cassette Air Conditioners Units Of 1 . 0/1 . 5/2 . 0 Tr Capacity Ac Units I/C Leakage Testing Removing Leakage , Wrong Side Leakage Of Condendsor Coil And Cooling Coil , Pressure Testing , Flushing The Complete System , Vacuumising And Gas Charging Complete As Required , As Per Clause 4 Of The Terms And Conditions
