The Supplier / Contractor Will Replace The Breakage Of The Goods/Materials At His Own Risk And Cost At The Of Delivery . 5 . The Supply Shall Be Completed In Proportionate To The Time Of Completion Of Supply And As Per Directions Of The Engineer In Charge . 6 . Wherever Testing Charges , For Getting The Samples Of Materials/Goods/Articles Tested In The Testing Lab . Approved By The Engineer-In Charge , Are Required To Be Borne By The Ndmc As Per Specifications And Conditions Of Contract , The Testing Charges Shall Be Initially Paid By The Contractor And The Amount So Paid Shall Be Reimbursed To The Contractor In The Running Bill On Receipt Of Test Report And Submission Of Original Cash Receipt Issued By Such Laboratory , If The Test Is Failed Then The Testing Charges Will Be Borne By The Contractor/Supplier Himself
