Shifting the pump set with allied components outside pump room with the help of chain pulley block and manual labour and then loading in mechanical transport for carriage to workshop and unloading there. Segregating the damaged parts i.e. pump shaft, impellers, Stage casing C.I Bodies, gland set and bearings, etc. Rebuilding of pump shaft by way of welding, turning and facing and making bearing. P/F of new impellers- 05 No. and repair to 04 Nos. impellers, Gland set-1 No., diffuser plate-4 No. P/F of new bearings 7308-02 Nos., and 308-01 No. at driving and Non-driving ends. Assembling the pump motor set, Shifting of the repaired pump set back to site using manual labour and mechanical transport and then fitting on base plate and coupling both by P/F of coupling bolts and bushes after proper leveling alignment etc. The job also includes the P/F of main switch HRC Type 100 Amp. Along with connection leads 16 mm sq. approx. 30 mtrs in length. P/F in position service cable 95 mm sq. 3.5 core Aluminum armoured cable 30 mtrs in length. The job also includes P/F in position oil immersed star delta starter for 30 HP Motor. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, Carriage (to & fro), hire charges of mech.
